I’ve never heard of oven-baked neck bones, but I’d try them this way for certain. I rarely cook them (not a big neck bone fan, but my boyfriend is), but when I do, I cook them on the stove top. When they’re almost done, I add chopped bell peppers and onions. I cook them til the broth has thickened. I sometimes add sliced potatoes or rice. Thank you for sharing. Blessed be!!!
I’ve never had neckbones in my whole 39 years. I made your recipe last night tweaked it to my liking and they came out GREAT!!!! Omg literally mouth watering! Thank you!
I'm doing neckbones tonight! Its been yrs since I cooked these babies! My husband came in the door with some, plus white beans ! (Navy beans), .he's never had them bbq,d ! I will be using this version tonight! Thx
I just took a tray of neckbones from my freezer. Normally I stew them but I got to thinking if I should bake them. Never heard of anyone baking them so I came to youtube and checked a few recipes. This look like the best for me minus the BBQ sauce. I would prefer a brown gravy. But I am definitely going to use this recipe. They look absolutely delicious. Thank you Ray Mack. Got family in the Raleigh Durham area. Will be visiting them next month. God bless you.
*_😂😂that spinal cord is the Bone Marrow and delicious! I think I just beat you out at being country lol! Too funny! I cook mine completely different but those looked so so good my brother!_*
Looks amazing! I'm ashamed to say that I have never baked neck bones before being that I'm from the south! North Carolina all day! Love your content, blessings to you and your family!
I've only ever made pork neck bones for a filipino dish called sinigang, and I wanted to try something different. Thank you for this recipe! Just ate 3 pieces and currently comatose in my bed lol
Glad to see you clean them babies up that's just how I was taught. 4 Neck bones I can eat at least 6 or 7 lol. Hurt myself It's also good to mix them up a few fresh and the rest smoked. Yummy yum yum😳
Yummy blackened seasoning I never heard of it but I definitely will be keeping an eye out for. Great recipe and yes I clean my the same way did a video over a year ago.
Happy New Year 🎊 I’ve never had baked neck bones. They look delicious. My mother-in-law use to cook neck bones in rice. That was so good. I like smoked neck bones in butter beans. Those are my two favorite ways to eat them, but neck bones are just good.
Black eyes peas were on point..... Hey when you put them back in the oven for the last hour are you still at 400°? I've never had them baked but getting ready to..... Good stuff brother..... I've gotta try that mac & cheese but I don't have all those different cheeses you had.....
They look so good! I live in the northeast and have never seen pork neck bones in the supermarket. I'll have to check the local butcher to see if I can get them there.
Will be baking them from now on! b/c this way looks so delicious and good really got to try it ,love your and MAMA RAY RAY channel for some good down home eating thank you for sharing this delicious recipe ✨💥❤️
Man I watch your recipes and I want to eat this. I cook collard greens and black eyed peas with butter beans. Served with slow cooked (8 hours) pork butt. Jalapeño corn bread and butter top it off. Serve sweet tea and BOOM!!!!!!!!!

When I tell people about cooking neck bones n the oven ! With Bar-bq sauce, they think it’s gross. I tell them don’t knock it till you try it.
Tell'em again...it's no joke.
Yep, my mother used to make BBQ neck bones and they were good.
My mother use too do this...! I also got puzzled looks when I say this too folk lol...man good eats!
Yep. They are basically like small ribs and tender. They are hard to find. My mom would cook them in sauerkraut sometimes.

Who is the one person who gave this a thumbs down?! Probably think mayo is a seasoning.
LOL...I get that 1 thumbs down everytime...someone out there really don't like me.
Duke’s mayonnaise can be used instead of egg wash for fried chicken and pork chops.
