The brother of Rosemary Clooney, Nick Clooney, who is also the father of actor George Clooney is still living at age 87. George Clooney's Aunt Rosie was quite a singer and celebrity.
Did Rosemary Clooney, sing (How Much Is That Doggie In The Window)? That was popular back in the 1950's. That was 👍 good when people helped each other. When they were just starting out. I remember when Paul Newton was singing on the Lucy Show.

Bobby Darin and Rosemary Clooney are both excellent singers, and it's quite surprising to see them appearing on an ordinary TV game show like Password!
Bobby Darin was a massive TALENT back in the day.......and extremely intelligent.......he and the gorgeous Sandra Dee married and had a son ...They were both extremely talented...they were Hollywood Royalty back when people had real talent
I came here for Bobby Darin, but watching Rosemary Clooney you can so see the resemblence in facial expressions to George Clooney, the eyes and facial structure as well.

just love this show! I don't like when Alan keeps saying 'SAY SOMETHING' , it disrupts their concentration, if at this point they don't know they need to say something then there is bigger problems!
That last and that look at 10:00… It's almost like Dorothy was channeling a future (1980s) Rosanna Arquette! They could probably play each other on TV :-) [Your reference movie would be one of my favorite of the era: "After Hours" directed by Martin Scorsese!]
Until I learned that Rosemary is George's aunt, I never noticed the family resemblance, but it's quite obvious now. In fact she looks like she could be his mother 😮
Sometimes Allen Ludden said too much! As with the "Lever" which was a totally acceptable clue. He should have kept his mouth shut when he did this even if he thought the word was wrong.

Both Rosemary Clooney and Bobby Darin are great players! Bobby is dreamy...one of my favorite singers😊

George Clooney with the Asian child on Epsteins Island?

George Clooney?
@@maxinehuebner9999 Patti Page & Wayne Newton.....good times ! 🎶💞
Not George Clooney, NICK Clooney, and Nick was the host of ABC's short lived game show The Money Maze.
They dressed so well in those days Men wore smart suits and women wore elegant dresses.
Everyone looked so elegant and in shape.
such a delight to see Bobby Darin!

Heart disease, his smoking didn’t help.
Bobby Darin and Rosemary Clooney are both excellent singers, and it's quite surprising to see them appearing on an ordinary TV game show like Password!
Bobby was much more than a teen idol, a very smart guy.
He covered a spectrum of musical styles, too, from pseudo-Sinatra to folk. I still treasure his song Amy.

LOVE Rosemary Clooney.

Rosemary was beautiful!
Bobby is a cutiepie🥰😍 Boys like that do not exist today
Sadly true
@@francanino6865 I was wrong though Neil Sedaka Frankie Avalon and Paul Anka are still alive
Still do exist, just not interested in negative girls.
He was no boy!
For sure
Rosemary was so pretty here.
I’ve always loved her smile. Her eyes sort of squint up and smile themselves.
Anne is prettier.
Exactly as George Clooney haha
Rosemary is definitely an attractive man.
Gotta love Bobby Darin - such a cool cat.
Bobby was sharp.
Bobby was a good guy. Died at age 37. Too young!
Bad heart
I didn’t know that. That’s terrible.
Lived on borrowed time 😢😊😮

Cephalopod.
Rosemary Clooney is 35 here. Beautiful.
Bobby Darin on a roll!!
Bobby Darin was so cute.
Great shows in those days. Everyone so natural. Rosemary really in love with those first two guys! Her eye contact 😮😮😮
It amazes me how free they all felt to put their hands on one another at that time.

Rosemary Clooney, Nick Clooney and George Clooney. Very strong family resemblense
Always loved Rosemary Clooney
My goodness the man was everything.😁👑
What a heavy Old-time Brooklyn accent.
Love this show
Loved Bobby Darin and Sandra Dee together. Their son looks just like Bobby
It's Mac..back in town ..
They are great
Rosemary was George Clooney's Aunt :)
From The Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway.
just love this show! I don't like when Alan keeps saying 'SAY SOMETHING' , it disrupts their concentration, if at this point they don't know they need to say something then there is bigger problems!
Well they can get more clues the faster they say.... anything.
Or “are you a working girl”?

I agree.....saying "say something " adds to the nerves. 👍

Is it just me or did Bobby Darin hit on every female contestant except the last one, who said she was married?
It's just you. In fact the one who had the clue "adorable" looked like she wanted to eat him up like a blue plate special--not that I blame her.
Some words could never be guessed on the first clue. It needed a second clue.
Clooney was clueless initially, but improved. Darin was very good.
I love this game
I love the blond’s accent: swaaw for saw

0:39 The length of the Jergens model's fingers!
Good for eating corn on the cob. One hand.
13:30 That wasn't Bobby Darin's fault, she was just very slow to respond. He played okay, she didn't.

Rosemary does not resemble George Clooney.
But she reminds me of Linda McCartney... :--))
I thought Ann clearly said "leather." Odd pronunciation/accent at times. 🤷♀️
Octopus = tentacles, eight, arms, squeeze, crush 🐙
Until I learned that Rosemary is George's aunt, I never noticed the family resemblance, but it's quite obvious now. In fact she looks like she could be his mother 😮
George's mother Nina actually lookd more like Nick's sister Betty. And Nina Clooney has always been drop-dead, knock-out, stop traffic GORGEOUS!
Bobby couldn’t take either his eyes or his hands off of his pretty partners!
you blame him? they lined him up with a quartet of beauties.
I thought he seemed interested in this stewardess. Wondered if it was just me.
Too many contestants in the same show. I liked it a lot better earlier in 1962 when the same contestants played for the whole show. Oh well.
Bobby Darin and Jack Nicholson had something in common.
noticed strong resemblance to George Clooney - found out he's her nephew.

From a copy editor: it's each *has*. If we remove "of you" from the sentence, the proper tense becomes clear. ('Each has x points.')
interesting he pronounces close as cloths and she pronounces level as leather.
I heard lever and clothes…. but I also knew what the word was understood the clue, and the partners didn’t have that advantage.
I thought on PM Password, the same 2 players played the whole night
Rosemary have the nightmare clue by the way she said it.
I think any guy would have gotten the saw or swa as she pronounces it,wood, cut, table, circular, hand.
See
Rodeo = Ro day o? I never even heard TELL of it pronounced THAT way before
It's the Spanish pronunciation; its roots are from Spain/Mexico.
Usually you only hear it pronounced that way for the shopping area Rodeo Dr. On another episode it was a clue and when they got it they pronounced it the same way. Blessings from California. 🛍
That’s sure not we say it in Texas.
Bennett Cerf always did.
Often pronounced that way in the US. I've never heard them say it the other way.
I thought the lady said 'leather' too. Not lever.
George Clooney has a lot of facial mannerism as his aunt does. Family trait? Perhaps.
I prefer the game when the guest players aren't changed at the end of every round.
Alan Luden asks, are you a working girl???
The password is: 'Splish'....
Charlotte Flair Alaska Drew McIntyre Bobby Lashley bayley vs Alexa Bliss
Kobe Kingston vs AJ Styles
"Are you a working girl Anne" lol.... they wouldn't wanna ask her that today
And WOW is she ever a bad contestant
