Act I Spoiler below . . . . . If you take the Mountain Pass and find the Githyanki base in the Rosymorn Monastery, go to the Captain's Quarters, and deal with Kith'rak, and some more Githyanki warriors, you can talk to Vlaakith. She commands you to go into the Astral Prism and kill the person (known to us as Dream Visitor at this point) inside. When you enter the Astral Prism and click on the gateway that leads to the Dream Visitor, the dialogue in the video happens.
