I had to pause at the 2:46 minutes mark because it hurts so much! I'm no different from any other guy other than the fact, I was drawn a bad deck of card (mainly my family). I actually had a wonderful childhood but my mother destroyed it when she forced the family move out of state. But in 1st grade, my teacher nearly adopted me and that would have saved my life, but it never came to fruition. Life is more about luck than anything else. Perhaps there is reincarnation cause there nothing left in this life for real happiness. I broken so many girls' heart by not being with them, even though I wanted nothing more. My approach anxiety is so bad that I actually break down and become physically paralyze for hours on end. Worst part was losing the girl of my dream which each me up inside every time I go to bed alone and wake up alone. My heart is in pain and heavy every morning. Hell, I could have been the guy with over 100 body counts because every week I would get dozen of beautiful girls noticing me. I was weak, not manly despite my bad boy image, and if you cannot do your duty as a man (regardless of your situation), what the hell is wrong with you? P.S I never had social anxiety until I got hit by a car and received brain damage. Like I said life is all about luck or not be unlucky to have a chance. My life does not make sense by any stretch of the imagination. And if I was meant to be alone forever, why don't I have at least some female friends? I feel the huge pressure is that you want something from the person you're talking to. There are many things to talk about but you don't have to think about those many things. Like today I saw a girl walk in to the cafe I was in and she had on an interesting outfit that I liked. I just walked up said I think her outfit is really dope, where did you get that outfit etc. I think you genuinely have to pay attention to the person in front of you and get out of your head. Her outfit was so different that I had to ask if she was from where I'm from and then she started talking about where she's from, her parents, her school life etc. We exchanged contact info in the end, I probably won't pursue even though I'm polyamorous and married but I mainly just wanted to have an interaction without the expectation of getting a number or getting her to like me.
Honestly, this is probably about the best advice you’re gonna get for learning how to pick up girls if you’re a newbie. Everything he’s saying is gold and absolutely works. I can attest this because it’s exactly what I did. It’s common sense really if someone is very scared of talking to people, they need a coach like this. So don’t be afraidto get coaching. Even a natural use for a coach in certain areas.

Which is fragmentation of anxiety, rather than being WITH the emotion, people tend to separate or disowne from that feeling, cutting them off of thier own sexual masculine power. After 9 years of experience i will say if u master this, the ability to stay with the emotion, with the sexual tension when u approach. Its super affective but it takes months to years to master. Once the girl feels what u feel, she will go into a trance in that moment u pull.

Big cities people can be assholes depending where you’re at. Try something like a bookstore or mall. If you’re on the streets particularly at night people can be very standoffish when they’re going somewhere

It shouldn't be a surprise... women don't need to know or learn any particular skills or behaviors in order to have men want to date them or to get men to be attracted to them, just be attractive and available...
