Hi Trish, Happy Friday! Thank you for this amazing cardio and strength workout! This one was challenging, but in a great way! And we can always modify when needed! I used a variety of weights from 3-8 lbs. It definitely got the heart rate up and I got in almost 2000 steps too! Thank you so much! I hope you and your family have a wonderful weekend! We don't have too much going on. I may take a walk with a friend Sunday morning if it isn't raining. But I welcome the rain! Saturday is supposed to be clear though. Off to work today.
