The frames look great! I might have to use this idea with some of the scrap hardwood cutoffs I have gathering in the shop!
Thanks Steve. I didn't think of it until I had all the parts cut, but I should have used a different shape on the tabs. Maybe a heart ❤️ shape. You just have to make sure you have the radius match the radius of the bit you're using.
Doing a little catching up today. I really like your pallet wood frames. Jack and Rocky both look good in these!

Right now, I am making a new dust shoe, and to make it cool (and much more complicated), I decided to make it clear out of plexiglass. No video, but I should have. I will post a short video later to show it in action.
