You are so right I'm 54 and 6'2. Have bad spine and knee replacement last Feb . I started walking my weight was 280. I loss 70. I workout at home and use floor peddle. I feel so good .I can do a plank .lol
4 to 5 days a week I get up and walk for 2 miles very early (4:30 AM) . It really makes my day, even though it’s tough to get out there when it’s in the 20s. Most days I get about 12000 steps, but some days it’s only 7-8000 range. I will be 70 soon. My husband does your warm ups almost every day. Thanks for being such an encourager.
