Such a helpful and wonderful tutorial! In learning this, no other tutorial had mentioned starting off w odd number of stitches and slipping the first stitch on the purl side. Huge help and great colors to show the instructions well
I had my first go at linen stitch today. I think it’s easier to learn this stitch with two colours as you don’t get lost between slipping and knitting/purling because the colours change. It also produces something that looks far more skilful than my basic ability. I’m going to have to try more of your stitches as your videos are a step above most other tutorial videos, very easy to follow.
does anyone know how to do a border around the sides that is the same size as the bottom of the pattern and also looks ok with the linen? I'm making a pillow and it would be super helpful!
Hi, Jennifer - Here's a link to an old pdf I created that should help. Please download and save asap, as I may delete it in the near future. Thanks! www.studioknitsf.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/pattern-linen.pdf
😁 they look like lil bunny heads! That stitch would be good for a handbag.

When I knit the linen stitch, I often get a ridge. How does that happen and what do I do to avoid that?
I can’t seem to print the pattern on your website. I would love to do this for a scarf.
