The New York Times' Peanut Butter Miso Cookies Recipe

I love salty and sweet flavors together, so when I came across this recipe for peanut butter miso cookies, I got the oven preheating right away. And as often happens when I make NYT Cooking recipes, I made a few small edits. These are delightfully chewy and the umami flavor of the miso pairs really nicely with the peanut butter. Check it out.
