    Ya know what’s better than all of those vitamins? Getting the real nutrients from Whole Foods at higher dosages. Hmm, maybe eat more seafood, consume vitamin rich foods and probiotic rich foods.

    • @sarkie3927
      @sarkie3927 19 днів тому +2

      You have to eat very high amounts of nutrient rich foods before you get those dosages of vitamins in them. For example, you have to eat like 5 or more oranges a day to get 1000grams of vitamin c. So getting supplements in addition to eating healthy foods, also helps.

    I will never take supplements, I eat fish and shrimps everyday. I drink Curcumin tea with lemon or green tea with lemon. Garlic in my sauce or soup always.

    • @thankyou4416

      What you need right now is carbonated citrate magnesium supplement. It will do the job for a young one. You can take collagen supplement if you need protein, only for a few months, because you can just eat meat , fish, chicken, with the magnesium supplement, will help make your own collagen naturally, together. Don’t forget vitamin D 3 / we are all deficient of it. Look into omega 3 krill oil ✨
