I thought this would be easy for sure… boy was I wrong. So for those old and new, her videos will always always always present a challenge. I’ve been joining you on your rides 3 - 4 x/week for 3 years! What a blessing you are! This ride is about perfect for me. You get straight into a 3-4 minute low resistance warm up and a nice balance between the sprints at lower resistance levels and the heavier routines (just missing some freeze-n-holds) More of these 45 minute rides would be excellent! . . . Ive found the more recent 45 min rides are comprised of more and more time in the heavy resistance range, which is hard on my back issues. Thank you Kaleigh for all your hard work over the years!💕

Well KC. Been doing your 30 minute workouts for a few years now. For the past 6 months, gone up to 45 minutes. Found this old one and have to say, my sweat sweated! It starts off at a 5, such a false sense of ease. Great workout, thank you for your positive energy.

I love these 45 min spins from the early days! They are more like an intermediate ride and no fussing with the curser to find the start of the ride. . . A relaxing cool down winds em up nicely!

Managed to get my 45 and 46 of 50 done today. Starting with this 30 minutes high blast spin for breakfast, the. Head off for Christmas food shopping, then the 45 minute classic rhythm ride this afternoon for a late lunch of more team and team sprint. So close to finishing now I’m tempted to have dinner and a later supper of spinning too, but probably not a good idea. Still loving your work. Keep up the amazing motivational classes! 👏👏👏🤩🤩🤩🥳🥳🥳

Today was impressive for me. Beat my 45 minute personal best with 18.5kms and 277 cals then hoped off the bike to do workout #9 the 8 minute abs before finishing up with the stretch video. Bit surprised I didn't collapse during this little trilogy. In two months, my distance has increased by 4kms and my calorie burn by 60 calories. Thank you Kaleigh for the motivation and glad the eye is better :)

Just a thought/idea, I share many of your posts with my heart and stroke group,many older people using recumbent bikes so alternative goals for 2nd and 3rd position might be helpful and a side view of tik toks, 2nd and 3rd positions would also be helpful. Used this as an ACTIVE RECOVERY DAY from Refine! Only used 5-8 as my gears … needed to move some blood around rafter LEG DAY! Worked on form too! Awesome ride as always!
Making my way through your older videos and when you told the story about having worn a shirt inside out all day without realising, it reminded me that when I was about 6 years old, my mum came to pick me up from school and I asked her what she had tied her hair up with, as it looked like a strange kind of hair scrunchie. She gasped as she remembered she had tied it up earlier in the day at home with a pair of knickers (clean at least) while doing laundry and had forgotten before she left the house 😂😂 so yours is not as bad

Making my way through your older videos and when you told the story about having worn a shirt inside out all day without realising, it reminded me that when I was about 6 years old, my mum came to pick me up from school and I asked her what she had tied her hair up with, as it looked like a strange kind of hair scrunchie. She gasped as she remembered she had tied it up earlier in the day at home with a pair of knickers (clean at least) while doing laundry and had forgotten before she left the house 😂😂 so yours is not as bad
