I use to do spinning class and since i move out, i have a hard time finding good spinning video than really work multiple legs muscles and not just cardio. 💪 this even popped my knee into place! AMAZING

I started this ride today thinking it was the 40-minute one, so it was a really nice surprise to have a new ride!!! And I absolutely hate fast cadence rides, so this one really pushed me outside of my comfort zone--that's a good thing. Thanks Paul!

Hill walk this morning with the dog followed by the leg burner, Wow what a start to the day. With warm up and warm down on the bike I burnt 570 calories and averaged heart rate at 90% of max. Need a rest now but your classes keep me going in these difficult times. Fantastic Paul
I’m more of a fan of the 20-25 min rides because it fits well into my schedule. Tried this 45 min today, died when Paul said we have still one more to go before the cool down, and somehow survived. Much love from Seattle!

Just completed my second session of your 45 minute class and wow! that is a great spin work out. Burnt 523 calories and although I knew what was coming at the end this time it was just as challenging. I think i managed to stay on your wheel this time. Buying my own spin bike was worth every penny when there are RI:ID sessions like this and your others. Thanks again Paul
