In today's fast-paced, high-stress environment, many people find themselves in a state of chronic sympathetic dominance, where the body's stress response is constantly activated. This can lead to an imbalance where the calming effects of the parasympathetic system are overshadowed, keeping the body in a prolonged state of stress. This imbalance, or nervous system dysregulation, can contribute to a range of health issues, including anxiety, depression, digestive problems, sleep disturbances, and chronic fatigue.
