      None of these breathing videos tell you if you're supposed to Exhale through the mouth or the nose on this parasympathetic breathing. What do we do?

    This is nothing short of miraculous for me. Calm, sleepy, mouth that is otherwise dry fills with saliva! I am doing this 3 times a day to regulate my nervous system. I can’t thank you enough!! ❤

      @ It helps calm me but it hasn’t had long lasting results. It is only one tool in my toolbox. Re-origin lifted me out of severe anxiety. I have added somatics for releasing muscle tension. There’s no quick fix but I am better than I have been in years.
