Isn't it. The perfect combination. I am just realizing that I didn't know how to breathe properly at all. Now my breaths are a lot slower and my wife says my anger went away! Lol
🙏 one of my family member who is lady with the age 55 years above facing low heart beat problem from 2015 before onwards.. even she cannot travel nor able to walk even a 2 - 3 minutes walk.. recently she faced serious ill and admitted in hospital for a week. Doctors said need to go for heart transplantation or remain on medicines.. will this BREATHING TECHNIC procedure helpful for her to overcome her illness..? even doctors were surprise to see how she is sustaining from such long period 🙏

Alternate nostril breathing and humming bee breath are best for controlling blood pressure. Humming bee produces nitric oxide which is a vasodilator and really good for blood flow
