Very Well and Beautifully explained in a simple way. I was practicing with sound while inhaling and was facing it little difficult. I had some issues with Hypo Parathyroid symptoms and was told to start Ujjayi Pranayam. Due to Imbalance in Hormons, I have Deficiency in Vit B12 also. Will start doing the present way as it's very easy and smoothly done. If any other Mudras or Pranayam that can help me in balancing Hormonal issues, please do mention. Thanks 🙏

thanks a lot for the video..i am 58 years old and got heart attack five years ago and have a stent in my heart. i do pranayam but ujjayi i have never done...usually anuloma viloma and bhramai and kapalabati kriya...can I do ujjayi? also would like to know how much gap should be given before doing pranayama after drinking two glasses of water in the morning? thanks in advance

Welcome, try udaan mudra, Jalandhar badha, sarvangasana for thyroid. B12 you have to manage thru diet
