It looks really nice, great arrangement of plants and rocks. 🙂👍 Holy cow, those are some extremely long roots on the polka dot plant! I personally like to use Estes black gravel, the size of the individual pebbles are very small. It is painted though, so I don't know if you'd want that. Maybe another idea is those tiny little clay balls that are dark brown that they make for shrimp tanks, (have forgotten what they're called)..Good luck on your substrate search and have a nice weekend!
I think I have an idea on a substrate, just need to see if it works well with the tank. The substrate that you're thinking of for shrimp tanks is basically aquasoil. I used aquasoil for the plants. Since I'm not planning on having any plants in the front, I won't be using it unfortunately... You also have a great weekend!!!
I'll try to get one out ASAP. I'm currently juggling a lot of projects at the moment... I've got a video in the works at the moment and one scheduled to be released tomorrow. I'll be working on a new Flex video immediately after I finish the one I'm currently working on. My apologies for it taking so long!
Excellent video Justin. Very nice... Great choice of plants.. They look awesome. What light are you using? .. I would use crushed granite for the substrate . The dark appearance with some colour would be awesome..
I never thought about using something like crushed granite... Only worry is if granite can influence water parameters. My only issue is trying to find some in this season.
I agree! Didn't have sand on hand when I made this but I think that might be a great choice as it contrasts the seiryu stones as well. Only issue is that the sand I got a while ago might be too bright...
I'm not 100% sure what the brand is since I don't have the box any more and there's a sticker covering it in the footage. Although, it's just a standard inline that you can find on Amazon.
A video won't be out for a while but I do have some pictures that I will be sharing through my community tab and Instagram within the upcoming days. I've just been a bit busy lately and haven't gotten around to posting Insta and community stuff. My apologies! 😥 However, the video after the one I have scheduled will be related to the Fluval Flex!
@@Fkurwiony Check out my other Flex videos that I've made while you're waiting! Unless you've already seen them lol The Flex is very versatile. You shouldn't have too much trouble setting one up. I can also try to answer any questions you may have about the tank
The editing and effects in this video are top tier well done
Thanks!

@@TropiscapeAquatics been using it for years... Plants love it ..
i'd changed it to sand and add some small pabbles on top of the sand for detail

Are there any updates? Keep on good work. Editing and narrative work are top-quality 👌
