So it's got 2 little tiny flight style speed controllers. I believe they are only rated for 2s. I have a plan to swap to twin 12th scale brushless systems

Does it have the same esc as previous blizzards, because I do not think those esc has low voltage cutoff. I replaced mine with a dedicated motor driver.

Great review! Loved the running footage. Any issues running it in sand or dirt? Doesn't it get inside and jam the wheels? Gears exposed too...
I have had no issues running in sand or dirt. Sometimes if you get a rock just the right size it can jam a track. But id say that's unusual

I don't know about this version, the old one could handle brushless without any problem
I had a 1 motor Blizzard a while back on 5.5t brushless, sold it because of lack of snow.. now regret that..
