Don't we all crave big, thick sausage dishes for Pride? That said....Jeffrey...your dishes are a godsend to those of us who are time-constrained. I tend to limit my intake of so much rich food....but you're recipes are often my 'cheat meal' days.

In the video you brown the sausage and the slice, but in the book you slice raw and then cook 3 minutes after sauteing the peppers and onions. Going to follow the video, but why the discrepancy?
Awesome! I make mine with onions, yellow and red peppers.... I serve it over rice and add soy sauce to taste! I never thought of adding cheese 🧀... the but I’m going to try your recipe! Yum!!!!

Made this tonight while sequestered at home because of the pandemic. Kind of took the sting out of being cooped up for the past 3 weeks. Thanks Jeff !! It came out AMAZING !!! Just me and my wife so we halfed the recipe. Made a cup of white rice in the IP first -took 3 minutes with a 10 minute natural release. Washed out the insert pan. Everything put together and cooked to perfection in the IP. Did I say it came out amazing!!! My wife loved it ! This recipe made over white rice is a keeper and real easy to make.
Just discovered your videos and luv them! I have an Instant Pot Smart Bluetooth from 3 years ago but only have a few recipes on rotation with it. I’m thinking about upgrading. Do you recommend the duo plus or the ultra? Thanks!
Just made this recipe... Amazing! I added some mushrooms as well but that was the only addition. Definitely add the parmesan and Bosin. Making hero's out of them and having a small bowl with a ladle worth on the side for dipping... Is to die for.
