I never read the twilight series growing up. I was more of a dystopian novel girlie (all of the hunger games books, maze runner series, divergent, etc.) so I totally missed this iconic book growing up. you make me want to read it so bad!
Jacob didn't become a romantic contender until he became supernatural but I one time read this somewhere or thought this at one point but bella probably liked Edward way more because of the possibility of becoming supernatural herself, unlike with Jacob she would stay human and only he would be able to turn supernatural o.o
Twilight has lots of problematic things in it. It came out when I was an adult, and so I have a much different perspective since I didn't read and love it as a tiny human. It is so fun to reread things you loved as a kid or after a long period of time. Same for tv and movies. Like I rewatched the movie Airplane, and over half the jolks are sexisit and the women are all props.
Ok I never read these when I was younger but I started the first book and haven't been able to get into it like I did the movies. This as definitely inspired me to give the books a second try!

He was such a baby in the first film only 16 when it came out, to think although he looks young in the film he didn’t look 16! He performed so well for someone so young.

I mean, Edward was technically a 100/+ something vampires but he still a 17yrs old boy and Jacob too. I get it their relay was not the healthiest relay but I loved the idea you can be with the person you love forever eventho forever seem not so long now. But yeah. Still love them so much.

How many hours would you say it took you to complete the book? I loved the movies and recently bought the books. I’m used to reading books with a maximum of 200-300 ish pages but I saw the twilight books are around 400, I want to prepare mentally 🤣 I love your videos btw! ❤
