And he teaches Genki 2 and N3 - N1 from other textbooks for free! I also recommend buying Japanese books on ebook since you can use a translator on the word that you’re not familiar with, and get the translation and definition at once. It’s useful on my Kindle

I’m almost 65 years old. I read Stephen King Salems lot when it first came out I believe in 1975. I was 15. It is still one of my all-time favorite horror novels.

I am so excited for you to read Hello Universe! My family was gifted it years ago when it first came out, but even though it's still sitting in our basement, none of us have read it yet. I am excited to see if you think it is any good :) Edit: I just noticed you pull out The Girl Who Drank the Moon! That is another we were gifted ages ago... I believe we actually did get rid of that one, but I'm still curious to see what you think of a book I've been aware of for a while, but haven't had the chance to learn much about :)

I loved “What Moves the Dead”, and still need to read the second one. If I remember correctly Alex was born a girl. But after becoming a sworn soldier they took on the soldier pronouns of Ka/Kan. It’s been a while though so I might have mixed something up 😂. Great video!

For some strange reason I thought reading It by Stephen King was the best way to dive into his catalogue…it’s over 1100 pages 🥴yeah I will be reading that one the whole season 😅 I highly recommend Hidden Pictures by Jason Rekulak. Very creepy and giving all the spooky season vibes. And read it either tandem with the audio or strictly physical/ebook bc there is artwork that plays a crucial role in the book. So good!
