my screen time is on average 12 hours a day 🧎 it can range anywhere from 12-14 tho. to be FAIR, I HAVE to fall asleep to youtube videos every night so I think a good chunk of my time comes from there 😂 lol but amazing video as per usual 😊!

There’s free books from the library or wattpad and other services! I recommend trying to find a new hobby and trying to lower your screen time in small increments. It will make your overall goal much easier. You’ve got this!

A question to whoever may see this video. Does reading have any health benefits? I read a lot, but sometimes I find myself to wonder if I am wasting my time. Please dont misunderstand me, I love reading and it makes me happy,. But is there like any health benefits of reading, so I can use say it to myself when I start doubting if its okay to read rather than do something else. Does it help with memory, brain, anxiety, vocabulary, anyone?
Maybe when you feel this way you can read intellectual content. That way you’re learning something new or refreshing your mind
I are too funny and adorable I love watching your videos. I need to do this challenge for myself. Finley Donovan has been on my tbr for awhile. I hope to get to it this fall. I have read And Then There Were None. I did think it was good. That being said after learning more about the original title I just can’t bring myself to read another Agatha Christie. It’s unfortunate. I love how diverse in genre your book selections are though.
I literally told myself the same thing! I was going to mention this issue in my September review because I didn’t know about the original title until after I filmed this. I was so upset when I heard the backstory 🥺

i might do a challenge similar to this, like swapping my screen time to exercising, learning korean, reading books, or any of the hobbies i have already built last summer break. because oh girl i have classes now so when i study, i scroll through youtube shorts or ig shorts during my breaktime, which would usually take longer than 5 minutes lol 😅
