So correct ! I am alone , children have decided to live abroad . I look after my self . With the help of ALLAH ! My only friend and advisor . My faith in Allah grows, day by day , giving me all the strength l need . MahsaAllah
Aamna what a podcast! Ayesha is so eloquent. She is assertive yet so kind. She teaches us today's women can be so much more than just looking good. Made my day.Aamna working out is making you look so good! In essence, the hair ,the outfit everything is so on point! Lots of love!
I live my life exactly the way Ayasha . Eat , gym and pray. You are so right it makes a huge difference I am 61 and feel like and look 15 years younger than my age., God is good
I have never seen this actress before or this podcast But Ayesha had my attention from the preview & I watched this full episode. She’s so on point. I command her for her braveness. Hats off to this amazing girl, she talks very well, that you want to listen to. Thank you!!
Ayesha Omar is a brave woman. She has a more spiritual connection and knowledge than the so called religious scholars and state guests! Great initiative Aamna ma’am 😊
This podcast is incredibly insightful and captivating. The discussion was engaging and thought provoking throughout. Ayesha Omar’s story about her accident brought back memories of my brother’s highway accident, where he was involved in a head-on-collision between a motorcycle and a truck. He lay on the roadside unattended for hours, and by the time he was taken to the hospital, he tragically passed away due to blood loss. It’s heartbreaking that in our countries, timely medical assistance is often unavailable in emergency situations, leading to such preventable losses. Aamna: I want to sincerely congratulate you and thank you for creating such an incredible series. It’s truly remarkable and I appreciate all the effort that went into making it! ❤
I just finished listening to this debut episode, and I have to say, it’s an incredible initiative! There really isn’t anything like this on the market, and I love how it aims to empower women, especially those over 40 who often feel overlooked. Ayesha Omar is such an inspiration-her dedication to fitness and nutrition, despite facing setbacks, truly shines through. It's remarkable to see how she has maintained herself so well over the years. Her story is a powerful reminder that women can look and feel their best at any age. This podcast is a much-needed resource, and I can’t wait to see what other empowering stories and insights will be shared in future episodes!
Amazing conversation. Really needed this. As a single woman in my thirties struggling with chronic physical and mental health issues (that are only getting worse due to chronic stress), Ayesha's positivity has really inspired me to continue working on myself, with faith that everything will fall in place in due time with the grace of Allah SWT.
Lovely conversation, lovely Ayesha and how thoughtful she has become in all manners of her life. I wish her a very healthy and prosperous happy life. I do wish that you can bring her again because her life is so relatable to common people the one way or the other. I can listen both of you talking for hours it’s that much engaging. Lots of love to your way Ayesha♥️♥️♥️
Amna I could have listened to this even if it was 10 hours long. I was waiting for this so much and the moment I saw you posted I waited all day. Then after finishing work I filled up my bath tub and leisurely watched it all. You have no idea how enlightening, encouraging and beautiful this conversation was. I’ve always been fond of you and I just absolutely can’t wait for this series to unfold! A big thank you from the bottom of my heart! I hope you’ll cover how being in a bad marriage can make you sick! Thank you ❤ Ps. Ayesha will not drink from that glass. I’m almost like her and I would never drink from a plastic glass because of microplastics etc… just thought I’d leave a cheeky note 🤪😋😅😂
So grateful to Aamna for bringing such quality content in this space. Really. The poise, thoughtfulness and sincerety in the entire conversation is just so lovely to witness.❤❤
Ayesha is so right. As somebody who has pcos, I have also seen a lot of difference with a gluten and dairy free diet. And I too take all these shroom powders and other natural supplements. Wishing her success in adopting and MnM too. 😊
I have been a widow at age 36 and my son was 18 months old, 33:30 now he is 27 and my faith got me through . Also Aamna amazing podcast. Congrats and bravo

Loved the podcast. Massive respect for Ayesha Omar the way she was so open about everything she has experienced in life and her journey. She is truly an inspiration for many. Wishing her all the very best in everything she does . Could have carried on listening to the podcast for hours. Well done Aamna for starting this series.
I think she and her brother are into ayurveda... That haldi n coconut she talked about and the research she has done about food n healing sounds so similar to ayurveda.
@@aamnaisani it's healing mushroom. You can get supplements. Turkey mane, reishi, and lions mane are cordyceps and have been used in native American medicine for centuries. Lions mane is supposed to help with brain health and can really help improve focus and brain fog. Obviously, cleaning up your diet is very important but I'll take anything else I can do in the meanwhile to help with brain fog and focus issues
Sorry Amna..am a big fan of you as always something good and relatable...but this girl is absolutely absurd as am myself a doctor and been through lots of bone Injuries..but she is making a mountain out of a molehill...you have to eat in normal quantity and local produce..everything which is edible and contains natural I mean not processed is good for health..mediocracy is the best...and of course our gut is an open structure in our body and full of bacteria..only pathogenic bacteria cause disease ...there are infinite number of harmless and even beneficial bacteria...little knowledge is not only useless but harmful too...too modern and too processed to be digested..spread simplicity and organic diet..no fancy products please please please Amna
I didn't see any fancy products being promoted here .....she's looking absolutely fit and healthy and is an inspiration truly with how she has dealt with realistic situations in life ....she's just talking about her own healing journey not promoting any fancy non local food items....sure there are supplements but it's for her healing....so maybe this should come across as a ' focus on yourself ' rather than any fancy product promotion ....all this said with due respect.
These sort of spin doctors and motivational speakers are total nonsense..let our generation to dig themselves and try to findout truth themselves instead of spoon feeding..they need beaconing and guidance not the Ready made processed junk food like this.. Anything on wound is dangerous as not sterile and is the main cause of wound infection in Pakistan.. Pls avoid spreading wrong message to our youth

Aamna, what do you do for your hair? Supplements, nutrition would like to know. Thank you
Biotin, vitamin D, magnesium, CaC 1000 Plus - I take these on a daily basis but I think it boils down to genes :)
@@aamnaisani you are right, genetics play an important part .
Amazing, I thought always that why In Pak we don't have such kind of shows...
Lion’s Mane Mushroom, new word I learnt. Will try for sure.

This is her journey, which I do find very inspiring and the purpose is to motivate women to strengthen themselves

Anything on wound is dangerous as not sterile and is the main cause of wound infection in Pakistan..
Pls avoid spreading wrong message to our youth
As she said very clearly, this is what she did and what she practises. It’s not meant to be a guide unless followed under the supervision of a doctor.
Anything on wound after surgery is dangerous OR in general anything on wound is dangerous ?
