Really informative video! I had a question about the smoking part. Could I just use liquid smoke? Since I don’t have a bbq or a smoker and would rather not experiment with kitchen appliances since I’m not the greatest cook. Thanks in advance!☺️

Great video, but can I ask how can I adjust for NOT using the 'cancerogenic' PINK SALT?

Your grocery store ham has pink salt too, as do hot dogs, salami, corned beef, and any cured meat that's red after cooking. Save your pontificating for a place where it's actually useful, since you don't know what you're talking about here.
