Yes, sign me up. Lamb anything is tasty and bacon is tasty so bacon lamb must be awesome. I mean lamb bacon.
Nice video!
I was wondering if I was the only one doing this. 😀 I love lamb!
Lamb is my favorite meat, burnt lamb fat tastes like heaven..
Cold smoking the dry cured lamb makes it taste even better; smokier. Then fry it in rashers.
Amazing
Great knife skills.
Looking tasty dude
Beautiful
Very cool
Try it you will love it and you will become addicted to it. Beef bacon wrapped s the same way. I knew I was missing something and two weeks ago I bought a lamb roast and found what I was missing. Lamb has a great taste and I piggied out on it. Love it.
HEY JAQ, this looks amazing but i dont really like the taste to be very sweet is it possible not to use sugar (or does it not get sweet from it because you washed the meat )
Good question!
Sugar is used only for the Curing process - in contrast to salt, sugar will not give any flavor after washing.
Sugar just gives strength to the salt. You don't taste the sugar.
i need a smoker like yours.where to buy?
its a WEBER SMOKEY MOUNTAIN COOKER 47 CM, you can find on Amazon or local stores
The back strap makes good mutton bacon. Or beef.
never tried this one! does it have enough fat ?
@@MideastMunchies sure does I am 67 And as I grew my family had milked cows and butchered our own meat lamb, beef, chicken, we even shot deer wild turkeys, squirrel rabbit. You name it we ate off the land. And still had time to run a blacksmith shop and work the fields and be a family. Good. Even collected poke salad . Wild mushrooms.
