The first Vulcan joke is basically in Star Trek, Vulcans are very direct and assertive. The joke itself is you have two men of different religions arguing (likely for a long time) and then comes up this random alien that says you both are stupid and wrong, and immediately leaves.
The second joke is just stupid. It’s a play on the concept of don’t be a dumbass. But a Vulcan wouldn’t be that dumb. So that joke doesn’t even land with people who watch Star Trek.
Needless to say, Shatner should not quit his day job of acting.
