    Calories: 402
    Proteins: 13
    Carbs: 54
    Fats: 12
    Ingredients
    1-2 carrots
    10 cherry tomatoes
    2 cups of chickpeas
    4-5 radishes
    1 bunch of parsley, alternative chives
    For the dressing
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 cup of plant-based yogurt (unsweetened soy, cashew, or coconut yogurt)
    1 tsp miso (optional)
    Salt & Pepper
    Water to adjust the consistency (optional)
    Instructions
    1. Roast the chickpeas in the oven at 160 °C for 40 minutes - we want them do be drier and crispier.
    2. Grate the carrots into thin strips. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Finely slice the radish and chop the parsley.
    3. Mix the sauce: mix the lemon juice, yogurt, and miso. Add water to get to the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
    4. Add everything into a bowl, sprinkle the salad dressing on top.

    I just found your channel when looking for lentil flatbread recipes. Yes, I love the oil free recipes. In the last year I’ve significantly reduced, almost eliminated oils, olive oil was a daily in my life. Thank you 🌟
