The problem with the Lion King is the moral: You can either run from your past or learn from it. While unique for disney, it kind of becomes useless when Simba thought he was responsible for Mufasa's death, Scar revealed that it was actually him who killed Mufasa not Simba. In the end Simba didn't do anything wrong. He got gaslighted & manipulated by Scar.
He only knew after returning home. If he never confronted his past (killing his dad even if it wasn’t true) he would’ve been still running from his past.
I feel bad for Simba and Mufasa that they really did love Scar, in fact, they were the only ones in the pridelands that love Scar everyone else (for a good reason) hates Scar. But Scar only had hate for his brother and nephew. I find it pathetic for Scar that he can’t feel any love for anyone.
I just watched the live action today, scar looked so innocent and was so friendly to mufasa, however until he betrays mufasa. He changes, it makes me confused, why do people hate scar? He doesn't deserve it. He made some mistakes but he loved mufasa as a brother until mufasa happend to steal his girl 😭
I didn't think that the 2019 Lion King Live Action film was bad I actually thought the movie was amazing when I saw the movie with my brother my cousin and my uncle but hey that's just my opinion and you're just saying your opinion maybe there's other people who thought differently then what I thought about the movie
It is not actually the Hamlet story but in fact the Horus Osiris and Set story from acient Egypt AFRICA 5000 years ago which is where Shakespeare plagiarized his idea from
My Gawd he dropped the hammer. I used to hate the statement of its hamlet with lions but after watching behind the scenes stuff I get it. But there was some other stories mixed in too

That’s a crocodile because Africa does not have alligators, but they have crocodiles and the exact species of crocodile they show is the Nile crocodile
It's basically the story of Moses, but with African animals in it. And it ruins the already established backstory of Mufasa & Scar by saying they were never biological but adopted brothers, Scar being the eldest (when it's supposed to be Mufasa), and Scar was supposed to be the true ruler of Pride Rock.🤦🏼♀️
@@keshiaanders6452thats just not true. Scar literally says that he's at the lower end of the gene pool. This makes sense considering Scar and Mufasa look so differently and don't tell me "it's an animated film" this movie solves each fuckin one of these questions including their ability to speak considering Scar appears where the Namean Lion would appear in Hercules. The novel of A tale of two brothers as well was never canon, if this was true in the film universe, Simba's oldest child would have been Kopa, not Kiara (if the latter would exist at all).

The One True King👑🦁
Truth
30 years since the release of the original Lion King.
LONG LIVE THE KING
Rafiki from Disney's The Lion King is not a baboon, but a mandrill, that's why when they call him a baboon he says "you are a baboon, and I am not"
See the face marks, NOT A BABOON. MANDRILL😡
@ already said that 😅😂
Things will never be the same without James Earl Jones. 😢

Well played

1:13 It's actually sunrise, not sunset. In the very beginning, the sun rises from the ground if you notice.

I’m sure rafiki, zazu and sarabi loved him as well, so did the hyenas, and zira especially…scar threw it all away for his own selfish needs. so sad

Simba's cub at the end of the 1st movie isn't Kiara. The cub("Fluffy") and Kiara are clearly different.
But you are forgetting Kopa
@Harry_Potter-L69 I was exactly talking about Kopa. I absolutely hope he will have his own movie to become canon, even if it is very unlikely.
