SO MANY valid points! Love what you said about trusting your instincts and it all comes down to the product! ✨Like you said, reinvesting in yourself is so important and honing your skills, learning as you go and honing your skills. This whole video hits so hard as an indie artist, I resonate SO much with your story and your message in this video. Also, not caring what other people think is so true - just focus on you and your art and be YOU and how you just gotta keep going and you're one shot a way - I found all this so inspiring. TY for this video Kato! ❤‍🔥

Bro tell the truth. Thank you, Kato 🙋🏻‍♂️ I just feel it on myself. I need to work on a real good thing in music and make video content to it. And I need to stay focused and consistent and move on. And not for trends or something viral. We must create our own trend and original ways in our creative projects. This is a way to grow in your business and no amount of money will buy you this experience that you will get at work. I have nothing right now and no one cares about my music. But I'm moving on. Slowly, but I'm moving as best I can.

Facts! I'm seeing success, and I don't have a lot of money at the moment. Shit is a little tight right now. However, I'm just being more diligent with the money I do have until I have more, like you said. I'm building. Success is 10 years in the making, yeah? But, I'm also doing what you said about social media. I'm furthering my brand. I'm building a community. Reaching people with my story. Thank you, Kato.

@KatoHipHop I feel like the early stages are like parenting. Lol. You don't really know if what you're doing is right. It shows in time. So I just keep pushing forward and doing the next thing I think is right for me and my career. I appreciate the motivation, as always, Kato. Also, I realized it was showing my actual name in the video call you had with everyone recently. I was the one who told the story about you seeing my hitmaker challenge video and all. My artist name is Jā-WrK. Thank you again, Kato! 🙏

Seems collaborations, in the rap bizz, thats where it's at. Khary is a great example, your biggest song at the moment is a collab with him and he got huge thru a collab Paul Russel... People find one person from another to another ect. If your lucky you can get a performer on their come up before they cost an arm and a leg. hopefully they have been doing the same as a performer, collaboration, thus if they pop off you can ride that wave. As a producer I think a huge thing is having a good relation with a artist and to link yourself together as much as possible. The world found you through Benton, my homies found him through the mad features he was on back in the day and I'm sure most of those guys are known from artists that they collaborate with. If you have enough cash you could get a big enough artist to draw a huge amount of attention to yourself. Granted some talent would help but lets be honest some of the most famous people are NOT the most talented. You get shown on front of 1,000,000 people and lets say you suck and only get 5% feeling you, thats 50,000 fans. enough to be a respectable artist that can headline any local venue.

Nah... Just pay and invest in yourself mainly first get the stuff you need, find the daw and stuff that fits you and then come up with and make projects with good quality and keep up your expectations from people and don't rush it..
