Which set of speakers would you recommend to get the most midbass out of them
JP, it gets -12 degrees here. The cold is killing my XS Super Cap and Lithium. I have to keep them on the charger daily. Any suggestions to help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. P.S. running Salt 8 and two 12in NightShades v5's.
Add insulation blankets and a battery box, cold weather's gonna drain it no mater what this might keep them from dropping charge sooner
@@johnlaflesh985, I'm taking the XS Super Capacitor Bank out. Running Lithium only. I will add the blanket. Thank for the advice. The Super Cap is drawing power from my Lithium. It's got to go. My battery delete will be here Monday. I'll be doing the work then. I have to find some very good insulation blankets. I'll check my hardware stores nere me.
JP I poked a hole in the dust cap on my sundown 2.75 dash speaker during the install, will you replace it. I haven't played it yet due to the fact that I'm still under construction. All the speakers are in now I have to build the amp rack, but I might get a professional to do that for me.
Just order some CA glue with activator and fix it yourself and it will be as good as new
When charging out your battery and alternator do you need to do anything different besides just changing them out or do I need to add anything
Do you mean changing out your battery and alternator?
Hey JP CURRENTLY I'm currently not wanting to do an underhood battery delete just yet. Currently, I'm running a 425 amp alt XS D3400 underhood and 3 D4S Lto 6.0's In the back with 2 Crescendo BC6K's strapped and hooked to two sundown ZV6 15's at 2 ohm. Are there any other lithium, Cap banks, or how many more 6.0s would you recommend to hopefully get rid of my pretty severe voltage drop
Xspower super bank under the hood will help but bigger banks for the rear
What’s a good amp for 2 sundown audio e series 15 dual 4 ohm
Jp33
I have a Rp-1200.1d currently pushing 2 12s. I'd like to switch to sundown but unsure what would be a best match with that amp
Match rms or slightly higher to compensate for impedance rise
1 sundown sav2 will take that rp1200 with no issue. get a bigger amp for more powerful subs if you want more power
@@agarzapro can I possibly run 2 with that amp? Would like to use my same box. Unless 1 is best for me, then I gotta buy a new box
@@EastSideNYC yah you can but you won’t get full power to both of them after box rise it will get a lil more than half of that amp so very lil movement
