Whilst boxing, or any other striking martial art, is there a way to use the centre of mass and transfer it to the hands to add more force to the punch?
Oh sir😃i can't believe😯....you took only 15 mnts to pour this concept in our brain.... really great sir....i don't get anything to say...... really appreciate your great wrk🤗🤗thank you soooooo much sir🤗 keep going well🙌
Sir kindly elobrate this further that where COG lie in stoop posture and forward lean.. Bc stoop posture or hunch back posture mass is concentrated at upper thoracic and in lean forward mass in concentrated forward
After listening to this class, I'm perfect in this topic👍👍 Its only because of your simplified, understandable lecture sir👌..Great class sir 👏Thank u for this class...
Beautiful explanation. But it is better if we explain centre of mass with force concept then we can even explain why it could be outside body, otherwise its hard for a student to comprehend.

Does the centre of mass and center of gravity necessarily has to be a same point in human body? When we do a yoga posture named as wheel pose, where is the center of mass and center of gravity located?
Hai lekshimi can u check on the muscles videos in our channel...u can devise a strategy i hv strssed in all my videos that same strategy and manystudents hv informed its so useful...try it out lekshmi...still if u cant figure out a way...be free to approach any time...gd luck
