I think that there are many parts of our system that are warped or completely broken. Another circumstance where if the offender had been where he should have been none of this would have transpired. Heartbreaking

Judges are bound by the laws legislated. It's the laws that need to change. There needs to be stricter punishment for 1st offense and even more punishment for further incidences. And a data base for anyone charged or convicted. He was able to get a job as an officer after he had trouble in another city.

This demon was living with one of his victims, the 17 yr old mother of the baby he fathered. She turned him in when she caught him s-assaulting another teen. He wasn't supposed to be in in contact with any minors. Him choosing minors to victimize explains why he got away with so much.

Yet, I will stand by my words and personal experience, the majority of police officers and detectives are down right good folks and care deeply, who lay awake at night going over and over a case, whether it’s one of the present or past.

I would be cautious to say it's mental sickness in the case with the bad cop. A mental sickness/illness is seen as something treatable (even if not perhaps successfully as of yet) but some may have a personality disorder or something wrong in the head that affect them negative to impulse control, need for excitement to the extreme etc

🤯 my ex went throu the police vetting process when we were together (in NY) and the process was pretty intense. On top of all the deep background, lie detector, physical and psychological exam, written tests, physical tests , they also came to our home and searched it, our car, talked to our neighbors, co workers, and family. I can’t believe this guy was hired. What a joke.
My heart is SHATTERED for that baby who is no doubt screaming for his mommy and can't understand why she won't come to him. I cannot handle the sadness I feel for this precious little baby boy.

It’s so sad that we women have to suffer the consequence of divorces or breakups. Subsequent to my divorce & fight for my twin boy babies, many years ago, I was victim to 4 house break ins, in an attempt to harm me. On the fifth attack, I ended up in ICU for 2 months. How I survived this last one, the Lord only knows.
Boys are now 25 and have lived in peace for the past 10 years. Unfortunately, due to all the trauma, I live with permanent depression & PTSD that is debilitating. My strength comes from being a mother which I’m blessed with ❤

With the Amber Alert/kidnapping issued, car description police had to know the baby boy was probably in the car. It is a miracle the 1 yr. old wasn't harmed in anyway.

I was 2 years old and witnessed my dad shoot my mom and himself. My mom lived rest of her life as a paraplegic. I don't remember the incident but I can attest to the scars subconsciously it leaves behind. I'm in therapy to this day
The suspect wasn't pursued in Southern Oregon. He was pursued in Eugene, Oregon in the west part of the state. I'm thankful the baby boy was safe & unharmed.👮♂️👶
