The saddest part about all of this is the fact that he doesn’t see a single issue with any of his actions. Constantly breaking into the house, the physical abuse, the drug use, in his head it’s all because of Anna. In his head, if she would have just done exactly what he said none of this would have happened. He is a textbook narcissist. I’m a divorce paralegal and we see this A LOT. I see a lack in self awareness and lack of ability to look within and take responsibility for their own behaviors runs rampant in the divorced male category.

All of the abuse, trauma and isolation created an emotional disturbance in him. You take that, mixed with cocaine and alcohol addiction and you get this as a result.

I’m a divorce paralegal and we see this A LOT. I see a lack in self awareness and lack of ability to look within and take responsibility for their own behaviors runs rampant in the divorced male category.
He already admitted he grew up with no social skills because of his controlling and abusive father growing up in a Muslim household and where he wasn’t allowed to leave the house. All of the abuse, trauma and isolation created an emotional disturbance in him. You take that, mixed with cocaine and alcohol addiction and you get this as a result.
