Wow, it's confirmed it's all compatible so we'll be able to integrate Marvel and DC heroes and Villains together now too!! Think of Superman and Spider-man working together or Batman and Captain America!! This is too awesome.
Im also hoping that Darkseid is in a Thanos/Apocalypse style box on launch day. My fear is that they would put the Anti Monitor in that spot instead rather than waiting for a possible season 2 of the game. I feel like the multiverse is more of a DC thing more so than Marvel, and Anti Monitor would go much better with a multiverse themed season.
I think core box will probably have Aquaman, Martian Manhunter and maybe Cyborg or Flash to round out the heroes; Joker, Lex, and Darkseid as villains based on the preview. I think they will save Hal Jordan for a Green Lantern expansion with Sinestro as the main villain and have some additional lanterns as stretch goals. An Arkham Asylum box similar to the Sinister Six set would be perfect, maybe with Catwoman as an Antihero. Suicide Squad is likely, perhaps with everyone being antiheroes? That would be cool. Maybe a Krypton expansion with Supergirl, Superboy, Powergirl, Krypto, Zod and Doomsday? Fun to make predictions. I'm super excited for this one. Depending on how over-bloated this gets, I'll be going all in 😊
I think it is Darkseid. Joker and Luthor are the most famous villains for the big 2 but wonder woman doesnt have any villains as popular, imo. Darkseid is a Justice League villain giving credence to taking on a big bad in the core set with other players.
Really interested in this one. I am a Batman fan... Marvel was not my thing, though the X-Men almost made me get those sets. Fortunately we'll get a pretty fresh take on the gameplay not just a retheme (it seems to be going that route) and I am hoping for a Batman Beyond set as well with the Future JLA 😎
Just found your page. Good to see someone that loves the United games enough to start a channel. Subbing. I think it’s Darkseid. There is a lot to pull from in season 1 of DC and I think we’ll get the 3 season treatment if not more. Kalibak, Granny Goodness, possibly a parademon in the promos. Who would be the Anti in this box tho? Lobo? Catwoman? Let's look at Marvel as the box set example. We can get teams and story beats that a general audience might be familiar with more so than comic stories.I’m expecting the starter box to be JLA basically but a version that has shown up in tv/movies. Those not making it in the box will be in the promos or in other sets. IE No Flash because he is in a Flashpoint Box..Hal could be in the starter box but Kyle and/or John could be in a GL Corps box. My Hopes: A Oversized Starro where you use heroes as Starro controlled minions. Put the JLA members that didn’t make the starter box in this one. Freeing Heroes to help you defeat Starro. Flashpoint set. Prob not season one but if they do expect a mix of the Movie characters and the comic characters. Gotham gets a box. Really there are so many Bat related characters you could do an entire season of just Gotham so its going to be the biggest hitters not found in other boxes. Suicide Squad. Sinestro Corps vs Green Lantern Corps In Blackest Night - Bring in the other rings (prob later seasons) Titans box. Nightwing, Raven, Starfire, BeastBoy, Superboy, Kid Flash (Deathstroke and Trigon can be the villains, Ravager and Arsenal as antiheroes) Legion of Superheroes but not expected in S1. Justice League Dark but not expected in S1 besides Constantine in the promo box if not all the better known members in the promo box and that's it. Doomsday, Grodd, and Bane if released should all be oversized like Onslaught sized.

Some cards have new iconography (texts with backgrounds in green, yellow and red). Additionally, many Joker cards have extra effects, which should improve the super villain mode experience.
People are already demanding entirely new game modes to United System, and I'm over here not even sure they're going to get all the already existing United Game Modes in there (PvP, Team Decks, Campaign Decks). This is not going to be as major a campaign as any Marvel United, just like Marvel Zombies to DCeased.
I honestly dont know what happened with DCeased. I know people were upset about not being able to play as the zombies, as well not being able to play as certain characters because of that, but I feel like they did try to make some improvements over the living system over Marvel Zombies. Also the time between announcing the game and the launch of the PM was around 2 months, and this time were getting around 3-4 months. They have 3 seasons of knowing what game modes fans did and did not like in Marvel United, as well as what game modes did and did not work, to vastly improve on the system. I think with the vast amount of characters this game could have in it that it has potential to be a very big game. (I would also point out the number of views that this one video has over any one of my multiverse videos, but thats probably more a gauge of channel growth over the last year than on the game itself.)

They showed the silhouette of three villains, but there will hopefully be a 4th. The original marvel United core game only had 3 villains, but the other 3 cores have each had 4 villains, with some of them being Anti Heroes. I’m guessing Lex will be an anti hero if that is him in the teaser, with cheetah for a possible 4th villain. The only reason not to have a 4th villain would be if they do 7 heroes to have a complete JLA in the core (Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman with Aquaman, a GL, a Flash, and either Martian Manhunter or Cyborg).
On the front page of the gamefound on the section showing off the villain actions there's a Harley Quinn action card (I don't play united so if my terms are wrong cut me some slack) but if we get an anti-hero it'll probably be Harley
She looks to be a henchman in Jokers threat deck, but I’m sure she will be an anti hero in some box during the campaign. She would do well as a stretch goal but I can see her in a retail expansion so people don’t complain about missing her post campaign.

Do you think they will mix up rules, going lets say with x men( vilans and heros and hybrids), and usin teams or other most recent united ideias, like type of character. Because in dcseade they mix the zcide a little and push the core game foward.
I think Team Decks and Campaign decks will be stretch goals like they were in Multiverse. Outside of that DC Heroes United has the opportunity to better integrate the mechanics that did work in Marvel United (expansion modules, team vs team, Sinister Six mode) to make this the most complete version of the system.

The gambler in me wants to make a prediction of what is to come: Batman will get a heroes-specific box and a villains specific box, Teen Titans (or just Titans) will come out and Robin will be here instead of in Batman box, Legion of Doom and Justice League will both get boxes, The Flash will get his own box, Shazaam will get his own box. Suicide Squad will get thier own box. Starro will be the over-sized figure. The stretch goal box will be stacked but there will be a season two so certain things will be held back for now. Campaign decks will be included, but pets will be very very absent for now. Content intentionally held will be Watchmen, Batman Beyond, Constantine, Doom Patrol, and Arrow - although Arrow might replace Shazaam. The new DC shows and movies coming out will drive season two and three's content.
the good and bad thing that DC has over Marvel is that DC has more characters that, theme wise, are the same (Flash has been Jay, Wally, Barry and Bart, Green Lantern has been Alan Scott, Hal Jordan, John Stewart, Kyle Rayner and Guy Gardener, etc) So even if the big 7 were in the Core box you would still have, say, a Flash for a Flash Box, a GL for the Lantern box, etc. and since they are using modern versions so far for Sups and Batman, they can throw figures of their classic costumes into a Gotham or Kryptonian box. Even Marvel United at this point has like 4 Wolverines, 3 Iron Men and at least 4 Peter Parker Spider-Men.
Looking forward to this. Hoping it's cross compatible, and hoping the DCeased is too with it's Marvel counterpart. Quick unsolicited opinion... I read more Marvel and indy books than DC, but the point where you quit (Tom King's Batman) was one of my favorite DC arcs. give it a shot.
As a prediction I think this box will contain 3 villains (lex, chetah and the joker). For heroes flash, hawk girl and cyborg. As an expansion I would like to see the white and red lanterns as they will shine in the united system. Also Teen Titans, Arkham Asylum, Suicide Squad and Atlantis. For Darkside it’s better if hey get his own box like Thanos.
So in truth the 3 villains they teased may not even be in the core box, with the exception of Joker. I just watched the original teaser for Marvel United: X-Men and there is a group shot that is all silhouettes, and you can make out Legion and Archangel/Death in the line up, who were not in the core. I bring that up to say that even if that is Darkseid in the teaser it doesn’t necessarily mean that he’s in the core. He could be in the obligatory Thanos/apocalypse/Galactus expansion that gets announced with the campaign launch. But I agree he should be in his own box with some of his minions, like Granny Goodness, Desaad or Kalibak
I'm sure it's lux and Darkseid with joker in the trailer. But yeah even if it was I never considered they still might not even be in the core box. Which would make complete sense as Darkseid would more likely have he's on expansion box. 👍
DC looks SOOOOO much better then Marvel Season 3 in terms of both miniatures, game play, design and character integrity. This is something I'm very much looking forward too. I'm always all-in but I've been very disappointed with the design of the Season 3 Heroes. You can't tell me anyone cared when making Johnny Blaze's cards. They just did not care at all. No Invulnerability? No fireballs? I mean come on! And he's one of the weakest characters in the Season. Just no one cared there whatsoever.

I'm thinking there will be a couple of baddies exclusive to KS, as well. I've been incredibly wrong about what CMON will do next, but I'm taking an educated guess anyway. Watchmen is coming out with another movie in 2024, so that might also be a good bet. Possible expansions could be around teams like the JLA, the Green Lantern Corps, the Legion of Superheroes, or the All-Star Squadron/JSA or "family" groupings like Batman, Superman, and Shazam. But CMON hasn't really been into completing teams, so these are longshots. If there's a theme or team that they make into an expansion, Atlantis is a good one, since the Aquaman movies are still fresh and likely have more planned. I don't know if the Teen Titans would be likely, since all current seasons are complete, and the game won't market any new material. If they do the TT, they could go 3 ways: the cartoon (vs. Slade), DC One Million (with Arsenal, Jesse Quick, and Tempest), or Young Justice, which has several ways it could go, based on which season(s) they use. More likely, they will use events like Brightest Day/Blackest Night to get the Green Lantern Corps, if the Crisis expansion doesn't. Flashpoint Paradox could get alternate JLA members into the game. Either Genesis or Cosmic Odyssey would incorporate Darkseid and the New Gods. Millennium could pit the New Guardians against the Manhunters. Day of Judgment would get a bunch of the magical characters (Spectre, Etrigan, Zatanna, Deadman, Neron, and more) into the game. DC One Million would have the JLA fight Solaris and Vandal Savage. I bet a fan fave is Frank Miller's Dark Knight Returns. Cryptozoic Entertainment already did a KS campaign a couple of years ago about that. However, there are two more installments that haven't been touched, as far as I know. I'm really hoping for a Batman Beyond expansion with a Zeta exclusive character. Another idea is to use CMON's Gold vs. Blue X-Men expansion idea to pit the Green Lantern Corps and Sinestro Corps against each other.
Okay, so there's an upcoming animated series called "Bat-Family," so that's a distinct possibility now. There's also an untitled Arkham Asylum live-action project, Booster Gold, and Lanterns, so those all become real possibilities. Peacemaker, Paradise Lost, and the Suicide Squad are all linked, so I'm not sure how that one will work itself out. Surely they won't spend 2 full expansions on it.
