Water damage and mold can definitely be concerns with campers, including Casitas. It's always a good idea to do a thorough inspection before making a purchase. Look for any signs of leaks or previous water damage!

I am looking for a 18ft light weight 3000 lbs camper for a retired couple with a king bed , separated shower and toilet, solar power,and a rear back up camper . Do not think they exist.
The Rockwood Geo Pro G15TB by Forest River is the closest match to what you're seeking, although it features a wet bath. Additionally, the A-framed hard-side pop-ups Flagstaff and Rockwood offer a similar layout with two twin beds that can convert into a king bed. Off the top of my head, I can't think of a lightweight camper that includes both a true king-size bed and a dry bath. Hope that helps!
