My ex broke up with me 2.5 months ago & I went NC the day after we broke up. I never begged or pleaded with him, didn't text him, NOTHING. I'm not here because I want him back, I'm here today because I still miss him & the friendship we developed & was super close to texting him today & am trying to stay strong. I previously struggled with no contact and always tried to contact her in some way. we also work together. She then blocked me recently and i managed to control myself and kept no contact. This is me too. My s/o said he “needed a break.” I gave him a break and no contact. It’s been over one month and he keeps texting, calling, we’ve even met up a couple of times. He wasn’t expecting me to not be clingy and needy (cause I had gotten that way in the relationship; but, only because his avoidant attachment style triggered my anxious attachment traits).

This whole NC thing can also get in the way of the Universe and the energies of putting you back together. If there is true love and you both miss each other, then talk. Forget the power, just feel. Go with the energy, keep it respectful, don't allow to be used, but also don't allow NC too much power in itself, you might lose your forever because you are not communicating.

I agree and disagree. Sometimes people aren’t meant to go where you’re going and that’s okay. God removes them for a reason and IF you all rekindle, in my experience I still didn’t learn the lesson and/or that person still had something to teach me. Silence is always golden and if they don’t appreciate me in the silence, they could never appreciate me in the flesh. Feelings aside, when I let go, I always ended up seeing why the person wasn’t good for me or where I was going in life.

It’s been 10 months. And I was a super loving wife. I filed for divorce. He hasn’t once tried to get me back. After I filed he still wanted sex. Once I cut that off because he was messing around. He still didn’t try to get me back. Months later I am living on my own. We were married 9 years. Together for 13. We are in no contact. Have been now for sometime. He still has made no effort to win me back. I’m moving on. My heart hurts but I’ve excepted it now that he’s just the player he is . And I deserve so much more.

Everything you’re saying in the vids I’ve watched are 100% right to a self aware mind that doesn’t want to accept what they know and can’t act on cause impulse and emotional rejection that makes the strongest person act outta character.
Once you show unconditional love after something happens in the relation you will be a weaker person in their eyes and devalued to them.
Moral of it is, accept that you should value yourself and it’s okay to go to that dark place a grieve for awhile but don’t stay there to long and lose who you know you are and who you need.
Recently found this channel. Ive watched lots of breakup coaches, i think he is at the top along with craig kenneth, and coach lee. Masculine energy and Love chat are also great. Brad browning, chris seiter, love advice tv and dan bacon can give some bad advice. Corey Wayne is great also, but he is very pushy about selling his books. But coach blac has a good way of making you feel strong
Went NC and felt amazing but when they reached out and I fell for the lies is when I became torn. Regretting that I should have never allowed this to happen when he showed me who he is time and time again. If NC is established please leave it that way since it’s destined to remain that way at least in my situation.

BEST content on the internet! We have to DETACH By going no-contact. It creates emotional disconnect and helps you to see “the ex” clearly, instead of through rose colored glasses. If they discarded you, THAT IS how you are to remember them…as someone who was cruel and threw you away. It requires rewiring the brain though. The brain wants to fix a problem. So it keeps you strategizing “the how” to fix it but THE ONLY way to truly disconnect and detach is by going no contact.
I’ve noticed this with my ex. She is always one of the first to view stories, she liked my Tic Tok reposts for a week, then noticed she started reposting some sad ones on Sunday and noticed one of them had the caption “I Just Want You”. She undeposited it after I liked it (probably shouldn’t have done that). I started liking some of her stuff, but probably should stop and go away for a while. It’s been 47 days NC. It feels like there is a shift coming. She still has me unblocked on social media and my number is still unblocked even though I haven’t text her since we broke up.
No contact means STRONG no contact. When you like her stories and social media you are giving her “energy” interest, not scarcity. SCARCITY increases value as brought out in this video.

My ex wife reached out after 2 weeks of strategic contact asking if i was ok because i hadnt been in contact with her with the exception of when she would drop of the kids for our weekly time together ( shared custody) she mentioned that i dont know everything about how she feels and just wanted to know that i was ok, its a baby step but i remained polite, friendly and responded to her without a mention of saving our marriage ( as i want to together 19.5yrs married 18 ) and finished text simply stating hope she was doing well, and back to no contact i went, not sure what to think about this but through your videos i think i handled it pretty well
I'm 3 months into no contact after my dismissive avoidant left me. I've done it by the book and never reached out and heard nothing from her. I've tried moving on, tried working on myself and I'm still traumatised.

Same here. My. Avoidant man left 6 months ago after 6 years with no warning. We work together and haven’t spoken at all. He isn’t coming back and I know it. Just hurts seeing him everyday when I gave hom everything and it was too much he said. Now he can watch me glow up and be successful without him while he went back to friends and drinking and partying every weekend and I have paid down debts and sold some houses.

We had a 6 year relationship, and a 2 year old child. At first i chased, then went minimal contact. Recently we have been been catching up and talking more. People ultimately want what they can't have. When my ex knew I wasn't going anywhere and I was pleading with her constantly, she just kept pushing me away. But when I went no contact, she started to panic and email me frequently. I knew things just wouldn't change that easily, so I didn't respond. Then came the day that I shared a female friend"s story on my snapchat, which she was watching every story by the way, she lost it. She started accusing me finding somebody else and moving on and not wanting her anymore. I played it cool I told her she was just acting, but she wouldn't let up. Finally she started fighting for the relationship and kept showing extreme jealousy and insecurities when she finally thought that she lost me for good and I had moved on and found somebody else.
My ex broke up with me saying we were not going anywhere, but literally every day she looks at my stories on Instagram, she had text me here and there, I had only replied, saying, let’s “meet and talk”, bug she ignores those messages. It’s so annoying , I even stopped posting on social media because she looks at it every day.

I broke up with my ex because i had a sense that he didnt value me, my needs, desires and happiness was not a priority to him. I gave my all. He just walked away without any fight or fuss. He never matched my level of effort and didnt value my opinion. Communication was poor. I would love to try and talk and come to some sort of compromise and work things out but i know he sees me as low value so no amount of no contact will work. 😢. I know i need to place more value on myself which is why i broke up with him.

This is helping me so much. My ex and I broke up exactly a week ago because he lied and I confronted him. My birthday was two days ago and he sent me an E-gift card to my favorite store for few hundred dollars with the note, “I love you so much, this is gift #1, can’t wait to give you the rest”. Never got a call or direct message from him. I text them and said thank you and got no response. Talk about royally confused. @@CatwalkPurzlol he sent 2 dozen roses a week later saying I love you, and he ACH deposited money in my account the day before Christmas Eve. I didn’t respond to either. He never actually called or text to apologize so I said nothing. I moved on and haven’t looked back 😊
@@CatwalkPurz no contact worked and we are back together! I allowed him to chase me and come back. It took about 4 months and a long conversation but we are very much back together and the relationship is stronger than it was before ☺️

I hate my ex (I don't want to hate him but he forced me to with the things the did after the break up!). He was narcissistic and couldn't forgive and wasn't understanding of me anyway so maybe it was for the best. It's reallly too bad because I thought we were building something WONDERFUL and great. If your situation is anything like mine, and it sounds like it is...your emotions are getting the best of you. I hope you're able to allow your heart to heal and be empathetic of this man and his past emotional trauma. Ill even guarantee that you'll always be the one he confides in with the simplest AND most complex situations. Matter of fact, were you to reach out to him...he would SHOW you how understanding he was/is. Not just words.
Hate is a strong word. I bet you love him like no other. Narcissistic is a strong word. It gets thrown around like Love. True love defeats even the most trying times in a relationship, unconditionally. Were you to allow yourself to be vulnerable with open communication he would not judge, condemn or invalidate your feelings in the least. He wants to meet your needs, mend your broken heart and seal it away in a loving foundation stronger than Fort Knox. I guarantee his actions after the break came from an anxious feeling of despair. He saw the love of his life slipping away. It never should have gone that far, but we learn and forgive. Love is patient and kind. Love makes you do odd things sometimes. None of it was with the intent of harm, although he may have overstepped some boundaries. He's in love with you.
If you, for example, decided to get on that American Airlines plane and surprise him this weekend, he would be open to communicating his expectations, visiting what a strong relationship should be and take all accountability for his actions. Your reciprocation would be desired, but he would understand taking slow steps to rebuild the union you both had into something that would stand the test of time. I'd bet my life on it. You matter. He matters.
If you could see him now, you'd see a strong, disciplined, dedicated and faithful man that will continue to grow and nourish such a valuable relationship. You are more precious to him . Think about how offensive that would be, to be somebody's back up plan. It should make you want to reconsider even being with them again at all...if that's what they really do. Value yourself, even if someone else is too foolish to see it at the moment.
It would be funny to deny them wanting to come back and showing them how you’ve moved on and are doing great without them.
I am hopeful that this method works, which is why I’ve been on the 30-day no contact. It’s been just a few days since the break-up. But I’m not contacting her I’m gonna wait to see if she’ll reach out. Kills me though not knowing when she will do so, or IF….

Been in NC since the break up about a month ago. She sat me down to break up with me but I was the one who asked her if she wanted to break up because it seemed like that was what was happening. I also agreed that it was probably the right move. I still think about her every day and I’m almost positive she would respond if I reached out. I think we both still care about each other a lot. The main reason she gave for the breakup was long distance, but I think that wasn’t the only thing that pushed her to the decision. Is NC the right move?

Are you sure she wanted to break up? If you asked about it first, she could've said yes just out of raw emotions. Maybe she was hurt sad, didnt bring up something that bothered her in a relationship etc (poor communication) Maybe instead it would be better to sit and talk in the sense of "I want this to work out. How can we make this work?"
I feel ya bro my ex and me was ldr for 4 years we Shelly met each other at least twice a year or more. But she always complained about me not being there and being alone all the time and having no friends. Now she broke up with me and with some other guy who’s closer to her. My recently ex gf wanted to be left alone. Although I understood her depression apathy and did everything I could to be there, she pushed me away nonetheless. To be honest, her behavior started to take a toll on me and I was getting hurt, so she decided to end the relationship. I never wanted to breakup, but she was in so much pain dealing with this feeling of guilt, that I believed letting her go was the wisest decision at that time. I couldn't soothe this thought of hers. Before the separation, I made clear if she ever needed anything, I'll be waiting, no matter if time is uncertain. Then, we started no contact phase. Now I feel horrible for not being at her side anymore, but isn't this having respect for her choice? I don't know if I should ignore all this and show up against her will, or keep my distance. She even removed me from her socials to avoid the guilty thoughts from appearing. 😢
Update: Turns out she lied and was cheating on me. It was all a coward excuse for not telling the truth. I found out anyways, lmao. L girl :(

I wish I saw this we broke up 6 months ago. I didn’t do NC. Instead I would reach out here and there. We ran into each other for once last week. I texted her. Then saw her again and she texted me. I should have done no contact after that convo but I didn’t. I am now going to do no contact and just live my best life and love her from a distance. She played the no contact with me and would barely answer when I did reach out.

What if the only contact is the occasional brief message like "how are you?" but not much else - should I even reply to this kind of thing, or stay no contact until I get something more substantial? Thanks
My ex breadcrumbed me, used me and reserved me for almost 4 mos... when I confirmed she is starting to date, i told her i never wanted to be friends (she never cleared this up she texts me everyday like nothing happened) and I am out once she starts to get interested in someone else. This is the 3rd time I am applying NC because she always comes back and nothing good happened for me. Her last response was like, I thought we were really done and it's clear. I blocked her afterwards because I am just tired of the dance and a person disrespecting me. I need to have my dignity back. Then a few days after, she blocked me back. This may be a power play. She lost the power when I walked away and blocked her. She had to do something to feel the power is back in her hands.
I am just healing right now. But it has been tough.

My son made a friend from school. So I met the friends mother and we hit it off instantly. We were just talking as friends over texting but never met before in person. So, she was in the middle of healing herself from a previous relationship. After about a month of talking, I told her I wanted more. She was fine with it. But we still haven't met yet, and I have done some things around her house when I would pick up her son to stay the night with my son. She appreciates everything I have done for her. So about 2 weeks ago I told her I just didn't care about her and I anymore because we were not moving forward in the relationship or I should say situationship lol. So a few days go by and I told her she needs time to heal from her past relationship in order for us to move forward because the relationship we had was putting me in an unhealthy place. She agrees with me. So I am trying the no contact with her, but every time her and her son get into an argument, she calls me to fix things. Because her son Dad is an alcoholic and lives 1200 miles away. I honestly don't know what to do in this situation. She is a good woman and I want something with her, but she isn't committing to me.

This is definitely a interesting situation. I would say time is for sure on your side though if you can be patient. But also don’t sit around waiting
I ended up finding someone else. I think if a woman or a man wants to play games with someone feelings cut them off and move on. I learned the hard way, but not anymore.

As I am abroad, we will divorce once I go back to country. .She locked her posts, so I cant see them. Didnt want to communicate, even scolded me. So this is what happened. While I was watching this video, I posted my picture from gym, which I looked pretty good in order to check if she will see it or not. Man, just at the end of the video, she video called me. I didnt take it and I will not. Call it whatever you want, miracle or something. But man, i mean some things do really happen in life. My goodness. I am not a bot. Been on NC for at least 4 weeks, and make son mistakes as talk to her sepsister because we´re friends and her mother, only the first week i ask them about my ex, but then i started to see these videos, after that i just have been talking normally with them. Ive also been posting things on Whatsapp of my life very normally, but this week she started to post some indirects towars me [i belive] saying how much she miss me. So i replied with a post on whatsapp of a photo of the place we met the first time. She always see all of my posts but this time she only saw this one and didnt text me...
