I'm brand new to crochet and I'm basically learning from your videos. Thanks to you I have seven different stitches under my belt in a week of practice. I'll keep watching your videos to keep learning, you're a very good teacher. Thank you so much!
I love to crochet I started a few months ago and I'm only 13 but I love your channel, because you don't make it comfusing compared to other people trying to explain it
Wow I am so impressed with the way you demonstrated this stitch! I have always had a hard time with the front and back of a stitch when watching the videos of other people, but I finally understand with your demonstration! Thank you so much!!!
Thanks Bella! I'm new again to crocheting and your videos are the best that I've found on UA-cam. You're very clear in your instructions and I love that you have left-handed videos for us southpaws!
I like to say thank you very much for going slow and showing us detail by detail on how to crochet I will do all my references on your website I am a beginner I don't know stitches I don't know the name of stitches I'm learning everything on crochet as a true beginner again thank you very much your detail is wonderful I have not been able to find a person on a UA-cam to be as detailed As You Are thank you again
Hi Sarah Jane! I’ve learned all my crochet stitches from you, your style of teaching is the best along with your angles and lighting. I’d really love an absolute beginner tutorial on how to crochet in a round. Thank you!
I absolutely love watching your videos I’ve learned so many different patterns I now know how to crochet scarves and wash clothes in various patterns thank you so much for the easy to follow videos 😄😄🌹🌹💐🌺
I've learned to crochet from watching your wonderful tutorials. Thank you so much! Going to try the royal ridge stitch for my latest blanket. Bless you!
I have been learning so much and I have made a couple of blankets while using your stitches and patterns. I am already working with the royal stitch and just love the way its turning out
I just watched your video on the camel stitch, and I loved it, but I think I have a new favorite now. Lol. I think I will do my scarf in this stitch. It's beautiful! Thank you! Also, I love Caron Simply Soft yarn. It's actually the same yarn I'm using for the scarf, except in purple. It's such a soft yarn.
Thank you for such wonderful and easy to follow directions❣️ Also love your fingernail polish!! 😊 Greatings from Appleton, WI USA... which right now is a bitter -10° with wind-chill...a few hours ago it was -15° with wind-chill. Actual temp is 1° at 5:02 AM. Blessings🙏🌹💞
Love this stitch, it is in one of my afghan kits from Annie's, that is where I first saw it, it is a unique stitch. Thank you for explaining it really well.
Another very clear video, thank you! Am loving my Crochet Society Advent Calendar and it looks gorgeous on my little table! Can’t wait to see how things progress 😉 Hope you’re keeping well and that your moving boxes are all unpacked 😂! We moved last year so I remember it well 😱😂!
This is such a pretty stitch. The yarn color is lovely! I have so much Caron Simply Soft. I’ll have to see if I have this color. I’d like to use the yarn up as it’s been packed in a tote for so long. Maybe I’ll start a blanket with all these beautiful stitches you’ve been teaching us. So many ideas yet so little time. Thanks for sharing! Happy Sunday!💕
@@bellacococrochet mine doesn't look like yours 😔😔 ist curly in the ends 😔😔😔 I have destroyed it twice because the ends starts to curl... but it does it anyway... I want to do this but it takes my joy to crochet 😔
Love this stitch! However, I don’t care for how uneven the foundation chains are at the ends compared to the actual pattern ends. I’m making dishcloths so using all cotton yarn and with the thinner yarn it’s really obvious.
thank you very much for this video. i didn't know this stitch and it is beautiful. you are really good at explaining what to do! i have just done a small swatch and it looks really nice. i have two questions if that's ok. 1) i think you said to do a chain for the width of the scarf so that would mean the ridges are horizontal. is that correct or should the foundation chain be for the length of the scarf? and 2) you said to carry on with row 3 to the end but should the end be with a row 1 and row 2 to match the beginning? or maybe even row 2, then finish on row 1 so it really matches? don't know if i am complicating this too much..... any advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you very much.
Thank you so much for posting this! I’m still on day one of the CAL (although I started to learn in March, I’ve been working pretty much throughout and haven’t had a huge amount of time). I sussed it from your photo yesterday but this is super helpful, nearly finished, only six days behind!
Hi, just learned this pattern within half hour and I love it, I am wanting to make my granddaughter a beanie hat with this pattern is it possible as I'm still learning 😀
I'm glad you like it! 😊 I've not tried working this in the round but you could work a rectangle piece that you then seam together to make a hat. If you thread some yarn around the top you can cinch it closed and add a Pom Pom.

I really like this stitch. It is easier to keep track of the rows here as opposed to the camel stitch. I enjoy all your tutorials.
Thank you :)
You're a gifted lady. Go ahead and never give up 🙂

This is exactly the look I was searching for, thanks!

I am keen to do a blanket with this stitch, but worried - is it a yarn eater or does it work up fairly quickly?
Love this stitch. I’m going to make a pocket shawl with this stitch.
Learned to crochet with american terms, even though I live in UK, so find it so useful that you use both terms, thanks.
You’re welcome 😊

Would a chainless foundation work for the chain?
Yes you can use a chainless foundation if you prefer. I have a tutorial on how to do that here: ua-cam.com/video/l1bw-K0wsBI/v-deo.html 😊
