@@akazachanneljo9554 No, it’s not like Van Gaal. There’s multiple different systems that focus on control and possession. Rangnick’s teams play very similar to Klopp’s. And that’s way more attacking and fast flowing compared to Van Gaal’s.

@@nikunj5697 it was more on individual clinical effort like a perfect ball or a perfect finish, players have to be more clinical if they're getting a chance every 5 mins.
If we only signed him at the start of the season.. he would have so much time with the squad and setting up a gameplan for us. But it is what it is, I’m really excited and happy to see Ralf!

The change was apparent in the first 20 minutes. And that was with only a 40 min training session. Imagine how much can be improved within a few weeks.

I love that he's a football guy and his emphasis on "control" tells a lot, something that was lacking in the Ole era. I never felt like we were in trouble vs. Palace because of that "control" factor, never felt like anything could happen like in the past. And he's such a fluent communicator as well, very confidence inspiring. I can't wait for the next games!

I felt the same during the game. I felt we were in total control. I didn’t feel anxious whenever Palace had possession.
Crystal Palace is just one game but ùnited next 5 games should be winnable with clean sheet then he is the right guy....ole would have won the Palace game
@@mo_moneydhi1168 lol I'm not so sure. Not with that passive defending. One of the biggest changes is that we we're proactive in the defensive moments of the game. These guys would be ball watching under Ole. They would've gave palace the freedom to do whatever they wanted.

It's very significant for me as a literary student that Ralf had graduated as an English literary student! I think his character of being a man of letters in the first place helped him develop his football philosophy due to his sharpened sense of criticism which he implied in his assessment of the game, and that to me is impressive.
