Gave me goosebumps
Professor Ralf! Where have you been for the past four years? I enjoyed his style of communication with the reporters. He is very Pragmatic, confident, with a sense of humor.
Love the fact that he calls it the " Premiership" 😅
I believe in you Ralf
Love this guy, his characteristics, mentality. His cv says it all, and its a big challenge for him, but I think he is ready, and I fully trust him.
His cv? He has won f all mate. Zero bundesligas in a managerial career that spanned 30-something years.
Historical Presser. Will be a ManUtd Classic in the future. Welcome to MUFC Ralf! ❤️
Ralf speaks with great eloquence and intelligence. It’s going to be fascinating to see him imprint his philosophy and methodology on the club.
What does intelligence mean? I see people using it often here
@@sambosco11 Google’s definition of intelligence:
_“The ability to acquire and apply knowledge and skills.”_
He is the definition of a great leader in all aspects, he led the press conference. You can tell that the journalists enjoyed this session. He could have convinced me that blue is red!!!!
am I the only one who is willing to admit I never knew about him before the united talk became a reality? fair to say I'm quite stoked to see what he can do with this squad.
I only knew him because people kept saying get Ragnick in before Ole got sacked
I knew about him from Leipzig but obviously not as well as I do now
He makes me calm & relaxed like Sir Alex always did 👌
His speech immediately tells you he knows what he's about
This could be a real turning point for United. If the non football people at United let him work, he will turn United into a force once again. Brilliant manager. His teams in germany were always tactically very sound and innovative. Unfortunately cause Im a reds supporter.
Ralf is such an eloquent speaker ❤️ The tone of his voice and the way he speaks❤️, something great is gonna brew in the next 6 months under him❤️You know this guy ain't gonna beat around the bush, just gonna speak facts and the truth , even if it is gonna hurt some section of fans. Welcome to Manchester United, Ralf❤️
Welcome Ralf! It's great to hear a manager who has a clear philosophy in how he wants to play and is also aware of the history and legacy of the club. He's a man on a mission who knows what he's doing. We haven't had that since Sir Alex. Looking forward to the next 6 months and where we finish this season under Professor Ralf Rangnick! I'm sure he'll be successful.
Watching his presser feels like being in a seminar. This guy is a prof who knows what he's doing. Now we'll wait and see how well can he "transfer" his mindset to the players and see how they will react to it.
Thats is his actual nickname here in Germany. The football professor. Everybody knows, that he is extremely competent. But it took him always around 2 years to form his teams. Hoffenheim, Leipzig, Salzburg… It will be interesting to watch if he can install his methods in a bigger club with way less time to develop everything and everyone.
@@karlerhardt In Salzburg he was never a manager though,he was only the director of Sports,so he couldnt implement the mentality and at leipzig he was for 2 seasons manager and he did a massive job in those 2 years with a 2nd and 3rd place finnish in separate years(15-16 and 18-19)if i am not mistaken, showing that he can influence his team immediately.
@@klejdiislami6693 Well, I wish him to have that immediate impact. I was just my impression over the years. He also brought Ulm to their one and only appeareance in Bundesliga back then and it was pretty obvious it was not because of extremely talented players. There is no doubt about his competence. I just hope the club can be patient with him.
I started to fall in love with Mr. Ralf he seems like a kind person to me. The way he communicated is very clever and full of confidence. Seems like a decent guy. Wish you all the very best during your time at the club.
Every question he answered with honesty and tried to give as much information as possible. Just class. Looking forward to the game.
I’m so so excited 😍 so much details & honestly when he speaks, love this guy already 😍
I have to say this is the first time i have seen such a knowledgeable man at United.... this club better not mess this up
great interview.
and just realize how much ole love the club by spending time to talk with the manager who replaced him. great man for both of them
I hope Ralf gets the managing team he's looking for as soon as possible
what a classy man. i love him already. Welcome to United Ralf 🔴🇩🇪
He's very mature and well-spoken. His temperament is precisely what's been missing.
Believe me He has Temperament Look at UA-cam and search for a cabin speech from him.
He is very demanding
@@DEINVATERDERADLER and we need that firm hand, we abandoned young talent and wasted many opportunities and our squad is all around lazy, he should be the shot of adrenaline we need
Here we go.
The Father of Gegenpressing all the best there.🙌🙏💥👌🔥💞⚽🇬🇭💪👍
Like a kid in a sweet shop he looks super happy super motivated he knows he’s going to smash it so confident and I’m very confident in him to lead us to success MUFC ❤️
Feeling positive again! 😊😊....he knows his football! Let’s go Ralf!
Welcome Ralf. We look forward to you starting your new journey with us. Best of luck. COME ON UNITED
This man gave more tactical knowledge about football in 30 minutes than Ole in the last 3 years. So excited for his appointment ❤️❤️❤️
Ole had no tactical knowledge besides sit back and counter
@@Asif-kh-n9r true that😂😂😂😂, Ralf is such a breathe of fresh air man
Wait ole has tatics 👀 ??
@@zohebansari947 😰
Facts 😂
This guy is a genius! His philosophy and knowledge of football in its whole is undeniable, long way to go in the season MUFC let's go !!
I hope he will not just 6 months... he clearly have capability to bring this team another level
I love Ralf already. You can hear his passion for football, well spoken and smart! Hopefully this turns out great!
I am not a Man utd fan and never ever even to Mr Rangnick but man this guy is accurate, precise, intelligent and very on point .. Amazing display through out this interview..
From his first words you just know he's a manager who understands and knows how his team should play
The amount of time I smiled whilst listening to his answers is beyond me, Welcome to Man Utd Ralf 😍.
Same. I've only watched 3 minutes and I'm smiling from ear to ear🙈
Same man i kept smiling watching him .
Two years later you all will shout “Ralf Out!!” 😂😂
Same bro.... same...
Same here. Last time I felt this way was 8 yrs ago.
This guys speaks really well. In full control of that room, very impressive given it's his first press conference. I could listen to this guy talk about football for ages, I don't know if others feel that way listening to this guy?
He’s very transparent and honest and I like that about Ralf. He will manage expectations really well.
