Just wanted to let you all know I am aware of Ruben Amorim being appointed as new Head Coach of Manchester United. Apologies as this video was made prior to him being appointed!
He was signed for 2 years to help rebuild the club, was made interim after Ole got sacked which is something he wasn't used to, told the club its problems and was told to leave by ETH.
He wasn't told to leave by ETH. Rangnick's interim management gave Manchester United time to find a new manager, which led to the appointment of ETH. And then left to become the manager of the Austria national team.
I mean before United,Ragnick was known for his behind the scenes work like training, scouting and youth development, not as a manager. If he had been kept as a technical director or a scout, United would have someone to stop Ten Hag from signing all those flops and fumbling all transfer fees
if they gotten Tuchel instead of Ten Hag, it would have worked quite well. Ten Hag lacked experience in the Premier League. The players he bought were not fast and physical enough for the English game. And the original players at United couldn't play his system. They were not intensive enough and not physical enough to press the way ETH wanted them to. The current squad doesn't really fit Amorim's ideas too. Ruud should have stayed, but needed to hire a top football strategist for United, or he'll eventually have ended like Ole too.
@@greenerayhis records are similar to Big Sam, David Moyes and Sean Dykes. CR7, with language barrier, said he's not a coach and hasn't been a coach for years. Rangnick records is mostly technical director, not the main tactics.
@@Account.for.Comment United needs a technical director. They let players go for cheap or even free and always pay premium for market hyped players that often fail.

Never wanted Mourinho, Rangnick, ETH to be sacked. Wish Eth and rangnick worked together but we move on. Every United fan with half a brain knew he was right, rivals fans clowned him cause they didn't know what was going on and I don't blame them it's not their job to do it
Maybe his opinion is not wrong but He and Ten Hag literally refused to work with our players. At that time, we had the Ole squad who was more than capable to get top 4. I cannot believe he says that the squad is shit and REFUSES to maximize the output we can get that season. That is unacceptable
@@ClarenceWijaya That squad was sh*t and needed clear out which the glazers still didn't do after Ten hag arrived. Mourinho said in an interview that there are 3 players still there who he wanted gone. Man utd is still owned by the glazers, thankfully we have eneos to sort the mess out now.
@@Wazza.10 yeah 3 players. Not the entire squad. The way Rangnick says everything is like this squad is unmanageable and he want a brand new team. That is bullshit, and that is lazy from him. There is no way we get rid of 10 players in a single window while getting another 10 good players
The fact that they wanted him in. He explained the issues of what was going on, But didn't get the results and was shown the door was mind boggling. not just the board, the players etc but even the fanbase are the problem
Utd want him in, but then he REFUSES to do his job. He is interim manager, that means, he HAS to work with current players BEFORE looking for squad improvement. If you guys says that the team Utd had that season cannot get top 4 you are delusional
No, BIG NO. Ruben has to USE our current squad and MAXIMIZE the output of this team. Man Utd needs a manager who can guide this players to ther max. Sure, improvement can be made, but not to support the manager's tactics, but to improve the quality of the squad. No more Ten Hag style manager is acceptable. Ten Hag can succeed in MU if we bought his Ajax key players, but that is NOT what he is hired for. Every manager of Man Utd is hired to guide OUR TEAM to success, not HIS TEAM

*What if Man Utd kept Rangnick AND Solskjær?* (hear me out) *2018:* Solskjær inherits a "Ferguson-era" squad. Low block defenders, counter-attacking forward. *2018-20:* Solskjær gets the most out of his players. Gegenpressing becomes the new meta. *2021:* Solskjær tries to adopt it and can't. The squad was badly ill-equipped for it.
Yes. We should have focused on how to win with the team instead of building a team to win. We have a squad, we have players, they are not bad, lets maximize them to win as much game as possible while waiting for a chance to improve the squad in the windows. IMO, the manager that can do that is the REAL BEST manager.
Ralf Rangnick should have been appointed permanent manager with full control at the club n all the signings he wanted.I can bet on it anyday he would have made Man Utd just like Man City n Liverpool if not better for sure
Mourinho once ask about the destiny of the players that he work in Manchester United to justify his tempo in the club so we can ask the future of Mourinho to justify the same.
Nice video, but there is two parts of the problems. 1) The board and fans will not stand the heat from the England media and some reactionary and delusional fans. Like ETH, with all the shenanigans and continuous disaster performance, he still has a better win rate than Ole, LVG and Moyes. Or Mou, finished at 2nd and the goalpost was changed to "that mean nothing as United was behind the first spot 20 points". 2) I don't even know why they sack RR when he was there in an advisory role and was the interim manager. The result shouldn't be even questioned when he just took the role not by choice. That shows how clueless Glazer's goons are. Without a change of board, I don't think RR can save the club. See the transfer that done in the early ETH era, it is all in Glazer's style even with Woodward's step down. 85m for Antony, 55m for Mount who was leaving Chelsea and had one year contract left, don't have the money to sign Harry Kane, yet spent 70m on Hojlund, 70m for a out-of-prime Casemiro... A lot of stinky transfer. I have my sympathy to ETH. Especially when we look in to the squad that we are hyping on a bunch of 19-21 years old players who are obviously not ready for the first team, he did a relatively good job actually.
Both are clowns. Rangnick is a spoiled brat who refuses to use the talented squad he has, and ETH is a fraud who only wants to play with his ajax team. Both has disrespected Man Utd as a team, if they judged our players as bad then why do they want to be the manager of this club?
@juliushibbert1091 whos twisting the timeline. Even erik said he wants to do things his way on his first few interviews. Do you even know what you're talking about? It takes 1 minute to Google this
Even if Ralf stayed..... United would still be as they are today..... Both their fans and in house management looking for the same thing, a quick success.... They expect the new coach to rebuild a team and produce result in a year or 2 which is impossible Jurgen Klopp took 4 years before Liverpool won their first trophy under him, even United legend Ferguson, took more than 2 years to build the team.....but each United coach after Ferguson never stay longer than 2....and in that regard, ETH did quite well.....2 years 2 trophy....which I think he answer the United fans quite well and yet it's not enough for them.......
people don't seem to understand that the current squad are not players that are physical enough to do intensive pressing. CR7 once said he doesn't dribble anymore since at Real Madrid because his muscles got bigger, and as a result he was a lot heavier, and he struggled to dribble. United DNA is fast players that can dribble and are skilled. This limits the way they can press, at the expense of injuries. If United wants success, they should stick to their DNA, and play the way United always played under Sir Alex, which is how Ruud and Ole played. The United academy is still trying to produce players like the young CR7, Giggs, Beckham.
It's easy to criticize the club and give a 101 opinion on what they can improve and playing to what the fans want to hear. But this man, regardless, just left the club in a shit and had no accountability to have the club do well. In his interim I just saw a shit united. So to me he has no credibility and saying what every common man united fan can say, I don't understand why there are naive idiots that believe this guy is good.
His mentality is just wrong. Is very wrong. He got a point when he said that we need improvement, but to actually stop trying and throw away the rest of the season is actually a very wrong mentality. And sadly it continues to ten hag, where he only wants to play with his system and his players. Both of these managers has REFUSED to work with the existing United player and REFUSED to do the best to maximize the players they have. That is why they have ZERO RIGHTS to rebuild Man Utd
