    Ive seen artist use Raw Umber as a darkening or in place of black? Ive seen this done but i dont know why you would do that. Do you know why?

    do you know if we mix green with violet, we will get blue? I wonder if it work only with oil color or it work with any type of color?

      Technically it should work for oils and acrylics. What medium specifically were you considering?

      Result depends on the particular green and violet. Dioxazine purple and thalo green blue shade will make a lovely neutral blue, but both of those colors have a high blue content. Blue is a primary color and can't be mixed in a high chroma variant.
