Annemarie Duprat Omega 3/fish oil, 1000mg per day if you are not already taking any. If you are already taking fish oil then up your intake to 2000mg per day. Try it for a month and see the difference to the speed at which your hair grows! Not sure how effective it is on thin edges though

I committed to wearing tight braids and wigs for two years straight . never wore my natural hair out for a break and my edges paid the price. But now I committed to wearing my natural hair in mini twists until my edges grow back. but even when they grow back I will not be wearing wigs and tight styles ever again.

Hi Mercy, I cut my hair off literally shaved it 6 weeks ago because its been damaged obviously from using relaxers. I am now on a journey to grow it natural following your Aloe vera hair growth and repairing edges videos. I can not thank you enough and I can say so far so good. I am also using all the hair products that you have recommended. So thank you.

Thank you for the video. Normally people recommend some useless things but this is very helpful. I’m a CNA and to get ready for work I had been wearing buns. Buns can cause a lot of tension and wore them pretty much daily. On top of that i have been dealing with some stress and both my baby hair and my edge of hair have thinned out significant enough to notice. I stopped wearing buns but now i needed something to put on my hair. I’m going to try the hair fertilizer and biotin. 😘

I started the no heat and chemical journey in July and joined my daughters in process and I love what I'm seeing. Mercy have you tried rice water with coconut oil, I tried it four weeks ago and it works. Just wanna say thank you helping us to grow our hair and feeling more confident.😘👏

The virgin hair fertilizer has a lot of petroleum jelly. I bought it, but not how I remember it as a child.

You are my goal, seriously. Since I found you, I start talking vitamins, buying hair fertilizer. I’m on my way, I will get there.

I have box braids and this is the last time I’m getting them done in a braid shop. This is the second time I’ve gone to a braid shop and they caused my scalp to get scabs on it. They don’t listen when you say not to do it there or that’s it’s too tight.

Yea forget hair salons I ditched mine in December, I thought she really knew my hair until she wouldn't listen to me and I had a relaxer situation. They know styles but they don't have all the knowledge you would think. Won't know the consequences of what damage can be done if it too tight, too much colouring, how or when to relax etc.
I'm still a bit lazy on my hair but thank God I found someone who lives near me who has been helping me a lot (She's a guru, coach, angel etc lol) some things I also realised myself 'time to stop doing that! Careful'

Great session, braids are a killer. More needs to be aware, because it's convenient everyone thinks it's helping, which it can, but when done correctly.
