I use to go the african hair braiders and they ripped mine out maybe a yr ago and I'm just now seeing growth but this is also due to me being hardheaded and going back 😭 but now I'm sticking to styling my natural hair and leave my edges alone using sulfur 8 and either rosemary or doo gro oil mixed and massage. Sulfur 8 worked me growing up so I'm going back

The iron supplements you are very correct, I was soo anemic that I lost my edges they went so thin until last two years I came across it on a research, and the iron supplements I take is a food based one which is easy for the stomach to digest, and does not cause any constipation. Thanks alot gurl!👏

Like that’s the best way to wash hair. But boy does it hurt your back for both people. Lace is the killer of all edges. There not being properly installed. Poor quality wigs for some people. Leaving them in more than 3-5 days. And removing them wrong. Can we just end this lace phase 😩😩😩

this is the first time ive used a wig and when i took it off my face just looked different… i don’t think it had much to do with the method and a lot more to do with how uncomfortable the wig was, like it used to itch under the cap and when i itched it, im guessing it tugged on my baby hairs. i did w 360 wig and my back edges are still there :( id rather them than the edges in my actual forehead though
