  • A guided breath experience of mild air hunger techniques to retrain away from chronic over breathing.
    Includes:
    Slight compression with hands on belly/ribs to shorten volume and duration of inhale to achieve mild air hunger
    Triangle ladder technique - breathold at bottom of exhale that increases by 1 second each round
    Intervals of long breatholds followed by 10 short/small sips of air in and out
