Both Cooper and Hopper were picked ahead of him by the Packers, is the reason solely because of injury concerns or also because he lacks pass rushing skills those two provide?
I think you could argue Cooper getting picked first straight up, but Hopper over Wilson was probably injury related. Maybe preference by GB, but injury had to have played some part

Yeah, you might only get 1 contract (4 years) out of him. As a third round pick, I'm good with that. The average NFL career is less than 5 years.

Potentially! I think for some teams, he'll be able to blitz/cover/chase a lot, and others might see him project as a versatile backer who could play some MIKE.
