As a Japanese, if I were to say a famous foreigner in Japan these days, I would say Thomas Lockley. Many Japanese know him so well that he has created three songs such as Wizard of fabriction, Isn't that Yasuke? and Isn't that Thomas? and his arrangements are increasing at a very fast pace. I was born and raised in Japan for more than 40 years, but I've never seen a foreigner being chased by 91407 Japanese (or even more Japanese with X). I think he is an unprecedented foreigner in Japan.

I just came back from Japan. Loved the country. Yes it is more expensive than south East Asian countries but you get to see the more well developed country. More advanced than the US and Canada.
