Rick Joyner needs to be held accountable just like all the thing that was going on with Todd Bentley and knew about it and acted like he knew nothing about it. I lived at Morningstar for almost a year and things went on there that shouldn’t have. We had people staying there that needed a place to stay during to hurricanes. People from the outside were drinking and having social drinking times in the area where they would have church services!!!!! Morningstar is a huge business and money grab!!!!!
Yes those were disabled people from a nursing home that had to get away from the hurricane because they would have died so Morningstar housed them because they wanted to stay there without Morningstar advertising it. As a celebrated meal some of those really old nursing home Patients drank next to the food court at the time. They were given moderate amounts lol it’s kinda funny and should be taken lightly. Sounds like some person was kicked out being they couldn’t afford a room. So they post bitterness on here
Given that there's nothing wrong with social drinking, and churches historically operated within homes where social drinking would definitely have occurred, I don't think this criticism really holds any weight.
What child who has been abused by an adult is going to have eyewitnesses? None. So thatvwould mean a child who has been abused cannot bring forward an accusation, therefore, the abuser goes forward abusing more and more children while Rick waits for eyewitnesses. Matt 18 DOES NOT APPLY. That scripture is speaking about situations where believer has done something against another believer, such as refusing to pay back a loan, or taking the property of another, lying about the other believerr. IN these cases there is always other evidence, like a written agreement (for a loan), or someone who can verify who the stolen property belonged to, or someone who can prove that one person was lying. These are civil cases, not criminal cases like SA. It does not mean you wait until two or three other children come forward to accuse the same person of SA. That would be ridiculous! The Lord expects us to be able as mature believers to know when to apply what verses of scripture to what situations. Rick Joyner has no idea what the Bible is saying.
@@raybrensike42 Holding a ministry and its leaders to account for their action or non-action IS giving safety, security, protection to the weak and oppressed. People who mistreat others are still saved and forgiven, but that doesn't mean the church should put up with such behavior. We have to make sure they are stopped in the future.
I attended Morningstar around the same time you (the former student doing this video) did. By the time I arrived Steve Thompson was already gone. My calling at that time was as an intercessor and so I joined the prayer team and "moved up the ranks" very quickly. By that, I mean that they (the leadership staff) wanted me to be in leadership for a new global prayer outreach ministry AND sit at the "round table" during services with Rick and all the other flashy leaders, including Todd Bentley. I declined, preferring to sit with my husband and our three children during services. Anyway, whenever I asked anyone about Steve Thompson no one would speak about him or even mention his name. But I kept pressing because the Lord had given me a detailed dream that he was preaching and teaching in California, and I later found out that is where he was, in California. Finally, one of the leaders told me that Steve was terminated because he had a "Leviathan" spirit! This was at the same time that Cindy Jacobs had come to speak on the Leviathan spirit. I felt at that time and still believe that there is much more to the story. If I had to guess, just as I felt then, it was Steve who probably voiced concerns to Rick about things that were going on in the ministry and that's why Rick fired him. I can say this confidently because after about a year and a half of attending Morningstar, I too had to leave. There were very demonic things happening in that church. The absurd prophetic utterances never lined up with Scripture. I have been a Christian and student of the Word of God for 36 years and am also an author and I know the Scriptures well. I also noticed that hardly anyone carried a Bible to service and Scripture was rarely put on the screen or even quoted. It was just grandiose words about themselves and the DESTINY of Morningstar to lead the world-wide body of Christ into revival! I would hear these men make these crazy declarations and sit there and say to myself, "That's NOT in the Bible...but who am I? How can I be right and all these 'great' men like Rick and Bob Jones be wrong?" Anyway, I did voice concerns to leadership, especially my concerns over occult practices and supposed third-heaven visitations and angelic "orbs of light" manifesting in people's lives. As one who was delivered out of the occult and New Age movement, I recognized these experiences were demonic and not from God. Anyway, I got kicked out of the prayer ministry and then finally had to leave when it got to the point that I felt the lives of my family were in danger. I could write a book about what I saw there, how they were partnering with New Age corporations and organizations like the Sierra Club, but I have only recently been sharing my comments on videos like yours. Thank you for your courage and boldness in speaking out. I agree, "Judgment is at the door of the Morningstar cult!"
I was there from 97 to about 2015, when we were kicked out because my ex husband confronted Rick about something. I cannot remember the allegation. I saw Steve was forced out, and Matt Peterson; both of which I believe were better for MStar than RJ himself.
@SunnySideup-ks7ot Yes, the whole Knights of Malta agenda there is soooo satanic! There was so much that happened while I was there, but I believed I could "help" them go in the right direction with the Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit. But they are deceivers, deceiving the flock, and will never receive correction from true Christians.
Wow!! Thank you for taking the time to write all of this. When the ihopkc thing kicked off I came across two you tube channels, "Leaving the Message" and "Magical Mystery Church" both talk about William Branham was the basis for the current NAR but go back to the 17th Century Jane Lead and her angel Sophia. I never was in the occult so it was a huge learning curve for me and you are spot on about Rick Joyner and it too takes on everything from Astro travelling, visions, dreams, sooth saying on and on. When I saw the whole picture about 6 months ago, all I could think was these "ministries" are sending all these people to hell. Dear Jesus, bring it all into the light!!
I was in the ministry school the year before Steve got fired so he was my teacher. There was definitely people getting favored and special treatment over others. Some were kicked out because it didn’t “seem” like they were invested enough. I was kicked out of the school, something I paid a lot of money and moved halfway across the nation for. I felt very shamed by the church and left it because of this. I was SA’d on a break and told leadership who said they could counsel me but that I wasn’t leadership material. I am glad this is coming out because that was many many years ago and hearing how Rick has been treating the victims is so sad and incredibly NOT CHRIST LIKE
I'm so sorry Brooke for all that happened to you at MSM and what evil this man did. Not leadership material, what a slap in the face. I followed them in the 90's, they reached so high and now to find out they plunged to the depths of hell itself.😤😡
I sure don't know why Rick doesn't know the word at this point in his life. 😠😠I've been away from listening to MSM for 20 years, I'm thankful the Lord is Judging his house or the men who built their own kingdoms. Thank you both for sharing, I'm grateful!!
They aren’t wicked calling good people who bear the fruit of the spirit is sin this channel should be banned for trying to make money off this tabloid news which isn’t credible by anyone who knows them personally
Excuse me sir, do not bear false witness on my channel. Multiple eyewitnesses from Morningstar have come forward and spoken. They are not "tabloid news," but sons and daughters of God who are slandered by worshippers of men like you. There is no amount of money that either you, Rick, or UA-cam could pay me to take a stand against the wickedness performed under the name of God there. This channel has been eligible for UA-cam monetization for over 6 months. Instead, I use "copyrighted" songs in every one of my videos, so people (like JJ Keller in my newest video) make the money. It's a great feeling, because then I get to point out to those who bear false witnesses like yourself--what a lie they have swallowed. Just because the only reason YOU can imagine standing up for what is right is dollar signs....doesn't mean you should project such base thinking onto others. And if you continue to do so, I don't mind "banning" you 🤷♂
Always love your videos. The truth about Morningstar is seeping through the porous walls of the fortress. Untempered mortar. Watching these edifices crumble is both sad and satisfying at the same time. Praying for the fear of the Lord and the knowledge of the true Jesus to come back into His Church…and I do not mean the man-made institution.
Thank you Gail. Yes and amen. My wife and I have been talking and praying about this a lot lately, how the church is missing the fear of the Lord. Thanks for sharing ❤
Rick seems super apathetic about these things sadly.. and somehow lacks a tremendous amount of discernment. So strange, and unfortunate. 😩 remember that property was owned by Jim and Tammy Baker first, who committed a lot of defilement on the land.. there’s probably a whole lot of 🧼 cleansing it needs as it became a super spreader., thank-you for sharing!
Yeah I think that’s what’s so troubling in this whole situation is the seeming lack of a broken and contrite spirit that this happened under his watch. "The insurance is great," doesn't cut it in God's house. Thanks for sharing 🙏
For a man who claims to be a prophet teaching prophets and prophecy he sure says " I didn't see" a lot. His coming out with this "I'm back" sermon is just an attempt to protect the institution of MSM and cover his butt. He gave a master class in gaslighting, threats, and scripture twisting. Thoroughly disgusting. And if Rick was blind to what's going under his nose repeatedly and for decades, how is he telling anybody about what's supposed to be happening in the future across the world? Where were all his Apostolic and prophetic buddies all that time too? Silent, blind leaders of the blind, clouds without water, double dead.
I heard a youth pastor say one time, “ if you want to know what I’m all about, watch my youth, because what’s in your leadership spills over into who they are over”, so my question with that said is, what’s in the leadership??? You can clearly see in our country today, what’s been happening in our country!!! SAD, that it’s in our churches too!!! 😢😭 it’s heartbreaking, this is effecting every person on this planet…the UNSAVED!!! As a Christian, we are called to expose, with the intent to restore those that fall, we aren’t called to BASH them, expose and throw them under the bus!!! I don’t know a lot about MSM, but it seems there’s a lot of “throwing under the bus” from all angles!!!! JUST REMEMBER, this is EXACTLY what satan loves and it’s about the UNSAVED, THAT IS WATCHING!!!! THE UNSAVED ARE WATCHING, AS TO HOW WE AS CHRISTIANS TREAT OTHERS WHEN PEOPLE IN THE CHURCH DO WRONG!!!! We can’t act like the world, if we expect the world to come to know Jesus!!! 😢😢😢😭😭😭😭💔💔💔🖤
9:32 AMEN SISTER!!! You look so familiar (Erica) and I ran in those circles back in the early 2010s: ihop & Morningstar. I wonder if we ever met…. I used to watch Rick Joyner’s prophetic stance on current events show and I loved it so much. Then I went to the KBA business summit and met Rick in person. He wasn’t warm or friendly which I thought was odd but didn’t think too much about it. Over time I realized that everyone I met there seemed different on stage than they were in private convos. When the Todd Bentley stuff came out, I was totally out. I hadn’t followed since that KBA summit but that’s when I knew he wasn’t just cold; he’s a wolf….. Rick Joyner is a wolf in wolves’ clothing.
Hey Brittany (Erica here). It’s possible I may have met you at some point, I was there for all those conferences, it was required as a student at that time lol. Your statement that, “Over time I realized that everyone I met there seemed different on stage than they were in private convos.” I feel like this has rung true of so many beyond just morningstar in the stage driven christianity monster we have created in the US. Thanks for sharing with us, blessings sister!
Thx for this video. God is not playing and is truly cleansing His house. The broom before the boom(revival) as Jeremiah Johnson said. Blessings and Shalom🙏🏼❤️🔥☝🏼
I'm so proud of you guys! I'm 60 and just beginning to feel OLD.... LOL. I'm so proud that you are pressing through the lies and giving the truth.💙 When Rick spoke about the " innocent possibly being accused" .... His way of internal investigations is REALLY screwed up! .... that is just " covering ones butt." I was a banker for 19 years and then a Street COP for 20 years - I investigated and interviewed the suspects and victims more than I want to remember. Making a victim speak in front of the suspect .... so absolutely.... i have no kind words for that. He's only inappropriately messing with an investigation and tampering with evidence!!!! And, yes, again, covering his own butt! I have had discernment on so many occasions, and one girl absolutely fantisized about being raped during my career - but i was trained, and I believe Holy Spirit helped me - she was extremely surprised when i told her the senerio about her fantasy, and i asked her, "is that what happened?" Her relpy was, "How did you know?" But all the other investigations in my 20 years were no doubt, so TRUE TO the allegations. (& so very sad💔) You don't assume someone is guilty, and you DON'T ASSUME the victim is lying, either ! NEVER! I am a believer, and i am so saddened by the snares of the enemy. My Dad was a pastor & a genuine shepherd. The money-making careers people make out of the "Lords work" is wrong. My son serves as a sgt in the Army National Guard. I've been disappointed in the low pay he has received through the years as he was a single dad of two little ones for 5-7 years... but humbly, he replied to me, "Mom, it's called 'service'. it's not about the pay." I just say WOW! More pastors and leaders need this type of heart. Having a 20 million net worth and it being revealed you're guilty of these types of crimes against trusting hearts ..... again, i do not have kind words for that!
Everything will be exposed the false doctrines the false prophets and false apostles the new apostolic reformation these people will be exposed every church who commits sexual misconduct will fall and the people in it will be exposed
Does Rick not have the self awareness to realize that he is the stumbling block here??!!!! Wow. I could not be more disappointed in him. Sickened to my stomach, the twisting narcissism.
He is so far off the mark in twisting the scripture. This is so unbelievable. Jesus says if you hurt a child it is better you to not be born. Not if you try to bring justice to abusers!! He is INSANE.
A necessary presentation, well done. Many years ago, I subscribed to an online newsletter put out by Joyner, when I did not know much about him. After reading some of his articles, and seeing how he "allegorized" the scripture, I quit the subscription. Joyner does not have a Christ centered foundation to his "beliefs", he is a Gnostic. Those born of God's Spirit and abide in Him, have met Jesus at the cross, and know that death and resurrection of themselves from the very core of their being...which is their heart. The Bible reveals who and what Jesus the Messiah is...if we have His Spirit, we bear witness to what the Bible says about His character and nature. We grow in that over the years. Joyner shows he has no foundation in Truth, and has operated in his flesh and "spiritism" for many years. He revels in "experiences", and has an open door to the "spirit realm" that is inhabited by fallen, seducing, lying spirits. (I certainly believe in all the gifts of the Spirit, and there is a place for true prophecy in the church.) Rick Joyner....go seek God and find out what it means to be born again.
From what i heard from someone was that Steve Thompson had had an affair with a student, i do not know who the student was and i dont think they were under aged but i believe it was a college student and thats what they meant by "favoritism.
You have rightly divided the Word….bringing this out will bring great healing to the people involved. I pray for Rick to come to his senses and repent. He clearly is deceived and allowed great harm to God’s precious ‘little ones’.
Thank you for your honesty. Yes the lack of oversight is almost always an issue but even with oversight the church is often a haven for predators. They know they will be safe and forgiven (unless they make the church look bad) because specifically Charismatic churches look for the most dramatic “King David” story at the expense of the victims. It’s a common pattern. For reference I grew up in these settings and as therapist saw the fallout also. These issues of SA are a major issue everywhere in Charismatic churches as the system is very, very safe for predators. Rick also has stunningly poor discernment.
This is just disgusting how he is twisting scripture! The witness is to confirm that you went to your brother and confronted them with their offense. So many times, there are no eyewitnesses to crimes and offenses committed. The idea is to give the offender a chance to repent and if they don't, then appropriate action is taken.
How about the man that was a fellow believer that got tasered he was there trying to get his life right now he's homeless living out of the woods around Charlotte I bet people don't hear about that.
It's pretty inappropriate to assert that something had to be off at home for Erickson to be a predator. Just as it's inappropriate to hold the sons responsible for the sins of the father, it's not appropriate to hold the fathers responsible for the sins of the son. In both cases, the exception would be the presence of evidence that suggests some causal link. I understand that it makes it easier to feel like it makes sense, but we should stick to facts rather than innuendo. The failure of oversight in the past might be something that could be moved past if it weren't for the complete denial to enact any change. Glad to see the Lord cleaning house. I'm sorry you were involved in these events, I was aware of some of the cultural issues while I was there with MSM essentially having a two tier structure among the student body, but otherwise much of this is an incredibly disappointing surprise.
I understand the general sentiment here in regard to each man standing to account for his own sins (and also not wanting to speak beyond what is known). However, in the case of Erickson Lee, his father was directly involved in the oversight of the program and knowingly allowed inappropriate behavior to take place under his leadership. The Lord does not take well to fathers who enable and empower the deviancy of their sons in His house (1 Samuel 2.29) and therefore directly punishes and holds fathers to accountability for "not restraining them" (1 Samuel 3.13). While she didn't express her thoughts there as "facts," I do find there is Scriptural precedent for feeling that way. And even if not, I do not fault her for thinking that out loud, nor any in the public for feeling off put right now. We have personally heard from multiple witnesses at this point (not to include the account of the young men) so I think in many ways, it' harder for us to accept the front and platitudes that are put out there. I understand with the culture of cover-up and secrecy run at morningstar, however, this is not going to be readily apparent to everyone. It's part of why I believe an independent investigation is so important. And yeah, like you said, the willingness to enact real & substantive change. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts here. To be fair also, I had asked my wife the same question before I posted it. I figured it might be too much. While we don't filter each other, it's not to say we agree on everything/have the same thoughts. Hope that helps clarify! God bless 🙏
@wordsoflife42 was doug in charge while Erickson was running YSF? This occurred after I left Morningstar, and by the time I'd left Morningstar Doug was no longer involved in SF or MSM or even security I don't think? If Doug was back in charge of SF then it does change somewhat. And perhaps I'm just missing details, do we know for sure Doug was aware if/while in charge? I might have missed these details. (I was looking after our toddler while listening so very possible i missed things) Did we meet while I was there? I remember Erika, I don't recall if we ever met. I used to run the Cafe front of house.
@@jeremygrant1325 I may have met you, I’m not sure. I wasn’t from Morningstar. Erica brought me in a few times to meet some of her friends. I asked my wife, she was like oh yeah the Aussie at the cafe right? Lol. If you haven’t read the lawsuit yet, I would definitely recommend it (but not over time with your little one) as they go into more detail as far as Doug’s involvement. I think he was still considered head of security at the time. I don’t think I can post links in the comments, but you can get to them from the September 7th Julie Roys article about the lawsuits. I know my wife and I both expressed that if we found out one of our adult children was a predator, we would definitely be asking ourselves where we went wrong as parents (aside from being deeply disturbed). Maybe that’s an unfair assessment, but either way, he was involved with oversight and is said to have known about the drinking. And what I did find wrong, was how they were posturing like they didn’t know who Erickson was (like he was just some volunteer police guy who came in) and Rick publicly disparaging the victims from the pulpit. I don’t know if you knew Leah (also in same class as Erica) but she shared her story in the most recent video that is definitely worth listening to (if you get the chance). There’s other stories I know of that haven’t come to light yet, and some of them likely will be in the coming days. I’m glad it’s house cleaning time too, not just at Morningstar, but everywhere in the body. Thanks again for sharing your perspective.
Thanks for sharing. Your insights & perspective are very valuable. You speak with honesty & sincerity. I think the problem with leadership, not only at MSM, is the interpretation of Deuteronomy 28:13, "You shall be the head & not the tail...You shall be at the top & never the bottom". The emphasis always being the message, opinion & ideas of those in positions of authority, on stage, with a platform, with followers & finances, with a voice that reaches the masses. But is this meant to be the structure of the Church, the Bride of Christ? I believe God is deconstructing many structures that over time have grown into a shape & form that has become grotesque & bloated, propping up certain gifted individuals, swelling with selfish ambition & pride, ungodly alliances, & the 3 lusts (1 John 2:15-17). I'm thinking of 1 Corinthians 12 (verses 15-26), "The eye cannot say to the hand, "I have no need of you, " etc. Are other members insignificant, less than, not worthy to speak or be heard, having nothing to contribute? In America it is amplified all the more through media, conferences, book deals, alliances. But Jesus is the CEO now. The Father has given him back His rightful position. He is no longer merely son of man but now King of Glory. He's calling forth a Bride without spot, wrinkle or blemish. He's shining His light in all the dark places. He's bringing the high places down low, to a place/position of humility. Idolatry will no longer be tolerated. (Isaiah 40) The fault not only lies with those in the 5 fold ministry, but with all believers that place them on a pedestal in their hearts & minds. This reminds me of 1 Samuel 8, when Israel desired a king. "The Lord said to Samuel, "Heed the voice of the people in all that they say to you; for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me, that I should not REIGN over them". (verse 7) The refiner's fire is on the horizon. We are very thankful.
You are incrediable mature articulate coragaeroys young woman. You are full of integrity, which all these gifts of a true leadrer seem to be so blantonly absent Rick Joyner.and the staff that mishandle all of this so grossly
I looked unto Morningstar many years ago when Bob Jones was connected with them. Then he got in trouble for asking some young girls to undress in front of him, claiming it was something prophetic. I definitely feel that there is a strange spirit residing over this ministry. Even the nane Morningstar has always given me a strange feeling, even though I know Jesus was called the Morning star as well. They have a song on UA-cam called, "Dance" that just gives out cultish vibes. I definitely believe that they are a part of cultish practices.
Surely , if one of my adult sons plead guilty and got 9 years in prison for sexually abusing children I would be asking myself where and how I failed to raise him right .
From an article in The Christian Post …In September 2022, Doe #1 was at the home of Erickson Lee's father with his parents where they left him overnight. "Doug Lee saw his son Erickson Lee giving Doe #1, a minor, alcohol at this time. Doug Lee's only response to his son Erickson Lee was 'Be Careful,'" the lawsuit says. "Doug Lee did not report this behavior to anyone." Erickson Lee would sexually assault Doe #1 at his father's house that night. "If Doug Lee had done anything with his knowledge ... Erickson Lee's episodes of depravity with minors could have ended," the lawsuit alleges. "Instead, Doug Lee did nothing."
I can understand why that would be hard for you to hear. It was for my wife when the news came out. I asked her about the comment myself. I don’t make a habit of filtering my wife with what she says (and she is the one who made the comment). With that being said, in the household of God, we do find the Lord holds even the father of “scoundrels” to account for the behavior of his grown sons (see Eli - 1 Samuel 2). Is Erickson Lee not a "scoundrel" who acted under his father's name in God's household? Then I don’t find Doug Lee is over the head of Eli, in that regard, nor his son. And I believe my wife has the right to challenge what God challenges in His word and to share her testimony. Thanks for sharing and your prayers 🙏
I am not under Rick’s authority, nor do I attend his business meetings. I shared what I have to say for now in the broad day light to Rick (with the public as witness). If he is offended and would like to be heard and confess his sin, he can leave the alter and go and make it right with my brothers and sisters in Christ who have been harmed under his watch (Matthew 5.23-24). If he believes I am in sin against him by speaking up, I would be willing to hear him out personally. He can reach me (like the rest of the public) at the personal contact email left in the description of each video. And yes, for the record, he was informed of the sin under his roof in private first (with multiple witnesses brought).
So how come you didn‘t speak up later.. the Bible tells not to listen if there‘s not two or 3 witnesses speaking against a leader.. don‘t think this is the Holy Spirit‘s Voice speaking through you
So far, I have counted over 3 witnesses in the lawsuit against him alone (with sworn testimonies). The additional testimony of my wife and I would make 5 testimonies against the corruption happening under Rick Joyner’s leadership (I am sure there are more). With that being said, she didn’t share her story because she thought you would accept it. Rather, she refused to hold back what she knew to be true (in order to) have a clean conscience before God (and man). Thanks for listening. God gives you the right to believe as you choose, and I would ask you to follow and listen to no other but Him. Blessings 🙏
I will let God deal with all of this. Be careful because we're to measure you judge. You can be judged too. We're not perfect. We're to be like Jesus work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. I'm not against God doing the revealing. What is irritating? This is just giving people a platform to gossip pray for restoration
“What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked person from among you.”” 1 Corinthians 5: 12-13 NIV
It’s our DUTY to warn others about wolves. The entire New Testament repeats this sentiment over and over again. The wolves and predators have taught you scripture. You haven’t searched the scripture. You’re repeating the same scripture they use how they use it. Remember that Satan knows how to manipulate scripture and twist Gods words as we know from the garden and the temptation of Christ himself. Purchase a Bible. A physical copy. And start reading for yourself if you truly desire the TRUTH.
How do you define gossip? I would say - saying something negative to somebody else about somebody else who's not directly involved in the problem. but when Rick has a public ministry - you should bring darkness to light in public to steer other people clear of that darkness, in this case, an organization that permits SA repeatedly, and lies about it. Most recently with two witnesses to address Rick's lies, hosted on the Wake Up and Win channel.
What she is saying about Todd Bentley is 100% true because I was a student and an intern for Todd Bentley, it’s all true. And then everything that happened in Lindale, Texas is just the icing on the cake!!!!
Didn’t what. May the mercy and grace be upon all who accuse. We know the Word of God. Assumptions are sinful. From the pit of hell comes a statement even thinking Erickson’s Father had fault in his adult son’s behavior. Very very sad.
“God will slap you, you corrupt hypocrite!” Acts 23.3 Yes, please pray for the apostle Paul. He seems to have a habit of “accusing” hypocrites who act corruptly in God's name (even when those hypocrites are other people’s “high priests”) 🤷♂

But it must only include facts not opinions. Libel and Slander are very serious. Even in the Bible Slander is frequently mentioned. Facts are one thing; opinions are another.
@@brittanyparistx That passage does not apply to criminal matters, which SA is. There is mandatory reporting required when there are reports of SA. Pastors and leaders are required by law to reports such allegations to the authorities. Matt 18 does not apply nor does I Cor 5 when it is a criminal matter.
Rick Joyner needs to be held accountable just like all the thing that was going on with Todd Bentley and knew about it and acted like he knew nothing about it.

Thanks for the commentary, good to hear from you again John. PEACE
That is so very wrong. I'm sorry. Protecting a "ministry" over protecting precious child of God is completely sinful.
Hugs to you.
Thank you for rebuking this behavior.
I sure don't know why Rick doesn't know the word at this point in his life. 😠😠I've been away from listening to MSM for 20 years, I'm thankful the Lord is Judging his house or the men who built their own kingdoms. Thank you both for sharing, I'm grateful!!
Thanks so much for your speaking up as well Sheryl, bless you sister ❤
Pretty sure sherl that he misinformed you don’t be guilluble
Thank you both so much for exposing all this wickedless in the leadership at Morning Star.
Thank you for your boldness to expose the darkness of the wolf that puts on sheepskin. Proud of you and your wife to take the stand for the truth.
Rick Joyner needs to step down.
Thank you for speaking the truth.
@@wordsoflife42 yes indeed that insurance bit was weird 🫤
And sometimes the church has acted worse than the world.
LOL. I'm so proud that you are pressing through the lies and giving the truth.💙
When Rick spoke about the " innocent possibly being accused" .... His way of internal investigations is REALLY screwed up! .... that is just " covering ones butt."
I was a banker for 19 years and then a Street COP for 20 years - I investigated and interviewed the suspects and victims more than I want to remember.
Making a victim speak in front of the suspect .... so absolutely.... i have no kind words for that. He's only inappropriately messing with an investigation and tampering with evidence!!!! And, yes, again, covering his own butt!
I have had discernment on so many occasions, and one girl absolutely fantisized about being raped during my career - but i was trained, and I believe Holy Spirit helped me - she was extremely surprised when i told her the senerio about her fantasy, and i asked her, "is that what happened?" Her relpy was, "How did you know?"
But all the other investigations in my 20 years were no doubt, so TRUE TO the allegations. (& so very sad💔)
You don't assume someone is guilty, and you DON'T ASSUME the victim is lying, either ! NEVER!
I am a believer, and i am so saddened by the snares of the enemy. My Dad was a pastor & a genuine shepherd. The money-making careers people make out of the "Lords work" is wrong.
My son serves as a sgt in the Army National Guard. I've been disappointed in the low pay he has received through the years as he was a single dad of two little ones for 5-7 years... but humbly, he replied to me, "Mom, it's called 'service'. it's not about the pay."
I just say WOW!
More pastors and leaders need this type of heart.
Having a 20 million net worth and it being revealed you're guilty of these types of crimes against trusting hearts ..... again, i do not have kind words for that!
Unbelievable - I cannot believe how clueless he is and how he keeps digging himself deeper the more he speaks.
Well said!
When Rick "RESTORES" these disqualified ministers he is complicit to the sins.
He is such an abuser! Your commentary is on point! Thank you!
From what i heard from someone was that Steve Thompson had had an affair with a student, i do not know who the student was and i dont think they were under aged but i believe it was a college student and thats what they meant by "favoritism.
In prophetic parabolic language sexual immorality = need farther development. Lolol. The ability to spin things is beyond reasoning
That scripture is saying the ones that hurt a child not the children speaking out
You have rightly divided the Word….bringing this out will bring great healing to the people involved. I pray for Rick to come to his senses and repent. He clearly is deceived and allowed great harm to God’s precious ‘little ones’.
Give it up, Joyner. You’ve made your millions selling the false doctrines, hyper sensuality charismatic tongues speaking strange fire worship charade.
Also in rick joyner's books of vision he contradicts what christ said about marriage in the after life.
Very well done addressing these things and laying it at the feet of the one who is ultimately responsible for what goes on under his watch!!!
This is just disgusting how he is twisting scripture! The witness is to confirm that you went to your brother and confronted them with their offense. So many times, there are no eyewitnesses to crimes and offenses committed. The idea is to give the offender a chance to repent and if they don't, then appropriate action is taken.
You are awesome for doing this. Thank you for being a voice for Jesus and his children.
My husband worked at MS in 2006-2007. Doug Lee was there then.
How about the man that was a fellow believer that got tasered he was there trying to get his life right now he's homeless living out of the woods around Charlotte I bet people don't hear about that.
Missing a lot of info there as to why the believer was tasered

Yes, Joyner is in Knights of Malta which is an occultic organization.

(I was looking after our toddler while listening so very possible i missed things)
Did we meet while I was there?
Exactly my thoughts
Joyner is shamelessly misapplying scripture. In my book he is a wolf and I'm glad God is revealing the truth about Morning Star "ministry".
Rick Joiner has to go!
God bless you.
Thank you.
Thanks for sharing this🙏❤️
I looked unto Morningstar many years ago when Bob Jones was connected with them.
Sickening. How dare you even think Doug Lee ran a terrible household. Erickson was an adult. I am praying for both of you. Very dangerous remarks.
How do you know he didn't
Surely , if one of my adult sons plead guilty and got 9 years in prison for sexually abusing children I would be asking myself where and how I failed to raise him right .
From an article in The Christian Post …In September 2022, Doe #1 was at the home of Erickson Lee's father with his parents where they left him overnight.
"Doug Lee saw his son Erickson Lee giving Doe #1, a minor, alcohol at this time. Doug Lee's only response to his son Erickson Lee was 'Be Careful,'" the lawsuit says. "Doug Lee did not report this behavior to anyone."
Erickson Lee would sexually assault Doe #1 at his father's house that night.
Yes, Steve Thompson was an issue
Have you both written the letter to Rick and the board and stated these things?
They've been told

More like pathetic!!!!
So how come you didn‘t speak up later.. the Bible tells not to listen if there‘s not two or 3 witnesses speaking against a leader.. don‘t think this is the Holy Spirit‘s Voice speaking through you
They knew about it
So far, I have counted over 3 witnesses in the lawsuit against him alone (with sworn testimonies). Blessings 🙏
