Air Fried Bacon Hash Brown Bowl

I wasn't sure what to call this dish so just named in a bacon hash brown bowl.
This dish came out so good that I made it 6 more times after this video. I changed a couple things around like adding more potato's, mushrooms, and diced up the bacon to make it easier to eat without a knife. I couldn't make the egg runny though.
I was hoping the bacon would turn into a bowl but when it shrank it didn't keep its shape. Also, I thought the potato's in the bacon fat would get crispy but it was the other way around.
The potato's were blanched overnight, about 14 hours, and dried out.
