you must of got your Jamaican rice from the wrong place. Some Jamaican commercialized restaurans are not good. You have to get a Jamaican home cooked meal to get the real thing. I have never had hatian rice but had some other hatian food and I did not like it. Maybe I need to try another hatian restaurant before I judge hatian food. but so far hatian food is a no for me.
