- In this video, I'm sharing everything I eat in a day on a keto diet to prevent gestational diabetes in my twin pregnancy.
In my past pregnancy, I suffered with pre-term birth, severe pre-eclampsia, and IUGR. Now, I'm pregnant with TWINS and doing everything I can to have a healthy pregnancy!
Let me know of any gender reveal or high protein meal ideas (w/o or limited meat) in the comments below!
Wishing you all safe and healthy pregnancies.

I love these videos because I had 3 pregnancies with GD and two with preeclampsia and my last pregnancy I had severe preeclampsia and delivered premature too. Now I’ve lost 50 lbs on carnivore and waiting 2 years until I get pregnant again trying to stay carnivore or keto and prevent those health issues again!! Prayers for you girl!!! You got this. Love watching your videos through this pregnancy because other moms like me have been looking for this content!! ❤️
You are so beautiful! I can tell that you are such a sweet and gentle soul. Thank you for promoting ketogenic eating. I know you're going to help ease the fears of so many mothers who might stray away from keto/carnivore and go back to SAD. You're making delicious meals that I know you're babies are so happy to enjoy with you.
My wife had gestational diabetes and preeclampsia but it set in much later. She delivered about 2 weeks early. And before anyone says anything it doesn't have anything to do with weight. My wife was 120lbs before she got pregnant and she only gained 10lbs her whole pregnancy, (and our daughter was 5lb 2oz).
I’m glad your babies are healthy! Hope your wife is doing well.
Yep sometimes we never know the cause, but for me I wasn’t eating healthy with my first pregnancy. Just personally trying to do everything I can possible with this pregnancy, but at the end of the day, sometimes it just happens.
I never had gestational diabetes, was size 2 while not pregnant, but did still have preeclampsia all of my pregnancies. All of my babies came early. After the last one my Dr strongly suggested we not risk having another and I'm still heartbroken 14 years later. You can't control what will come, just try to be healthy and active and pray. ❤
Collegan peptides in your coffee may help. Congratulations on your new little ones ❤
Thank you for the suggestion. Will look into it 👍
Congratulations on the twins, praying for a healthy pregnancy for you.
Aww thank you so much.
Greeeeeeat now I want ribs... lettuce wraps & that pizza looked delicious!
Oh man you gotta make some ribs. SO good.
@@carnivorecouple I took the lazy way out & got some costco rotisserie ribs....not as good as homemade, but still😋😋😋
I’ve had gestational, diabetes, twice nothing I did, or didn’t do could prevent it, but still good choices for the little ones
Thanks for watching! You’re right in that nothing really prevents it, but I’m hopeful that eating healthier and losing some weight before pregnancy will at least lessen my chances. Hope you and your kiddos are well!
Congratulations you two! Prayers for a great and healthy pregnancy! And you have such a Beautiful glow❤️❤️
Awww thank you so much! 😊
Maybe you could sneak in some deli sliced roast beef in with the ham in your veggie wraps. You deserve a lot of credit for eating a ketogenic diet with all the pregnancy anxiety, etc. I hope you stay the course.
Thank you for the suggestion- it’s hasn’t been easy with the meat aversions, but I’m motivated to do everything I can to help these babies have a healthier and safer delivery than my first.
it is so inspiring seeing how hard you have worked to be a healthy mom and have healthy kids. you and your husband are kicking so much butt!!!
Thank you for this specific topic ❤️
You are so welcome! I know I’ve always struggled to find info on this 👍

Thank you so much!!
Ketochow! It will save ya. Its delicois and feels like a yummy milk shake when you use heavy cream
Huge kudos to you, Mama... and congrats!!! One of my favorites (especially while pregnant) is chile relleno casserole. I had a hard time getting enough protein in (due to meat aversion), so I always added ground beef and/or ground sausage into the casserole and hardly noticed it that way. It is super easy to make, it's something that the whole family can eat (with a little modification from the "normal" recipe), and it can easily make enough for numerous meals, and that is always a win/win in my book :)
Oh wow! Sounds delicious, thanks for sharing.
I'm so proud and so happy for you! I suggest slicing the EggLife wraps up into noodle-like strips and top it with your protien and sauce of choice. I saw Courtney luna do it with Alfredo 😊 ita delicious
Oh that’s an amazing idea! Thank you so much!
@carnivorecouple always friend ❤
Kaitlyn, you might want to try Reed/ Carnivorous Chef's Mac N Cheese- it's made with ground chicken & just a few other ingredients. It is a great comfort food & maybe you might tolerate the mildness of chicken. You mix the chicken with an egg, salt then boil little blops like pasta, cheese sauce is also easy then a panko crumb goes in top, broil 8 minutes.
I have to check that out for sure, thank you! I’ve been eating more chicken for my protein because it is so “mild”.
I LOVE vital proteins lemon collagen, sweetened with stevia. I add 2-3 scoops depending how much water I have and use my frother to mix it in to avoid clumping. Then top with ice. It is so refreshing!!! It’s also about 20 grams of protein if I’m not mistaken plus the benefits of taking collagen is so amazing!!! There is also a vital proteins chocolate version also sweetened with stevia that’s amazing as well… add to water as well. Reminds me of a Wendy’s frosty flavor! You’re doing great!!!
Oh this sounds perfect for me! Thank you so much for sharing!
Congratulations
Thank you
Thanks I’m so hungry now! 😂 jalapeño popper’s definitely going on the menu this week!
Hope you enjoy
I had meat aversion too. I wore a mask when cooking meat because the smell got to me. Try eating meat cold when you can. Lots of salt, pickle juice and vinegar also helped with the nausea.
If you are averse to meat, listen to your body’s signals. Only go with what you desire. Looks like you’re adjusting magnificently 😊
can you tolerate any seafood? i made keto salmon cakes in the air fryer the other day and they were amazing. cheap and super low carb due to the pork panko
Nice 👍
That’s a great idea, thank you!
Pork rinds are pretty high in protein, maybe you could make nachos or eat them with a cheese ball or something.
Thank you for the tip! Will try that for sure. ❤️
Love some carnivore nachos 😀
Congratulations I didn't know you were having twins my prediction is it's going to be one of each😂
Yes we are! Good prediciton 👍
Congratulations on your pregnancy 🎉🎉🎉. I think it's a boy and a girl.
Thank you!! 😊
LOL does that clock ⏰️ in your kitchen work?
Haha. Nope, that’s why I got it for cheappp / free. Needs the clock hands replaced with a working battery pack. You definitely see the details! 😂
